EDG will be really interesting for Origin, lots of guys in the mix - Martin, Frizell, Crichton, Young, Haumole, Koala, Murray (injured). Madge could select any combination of them. Not sure that Frizell is any more likely than any of the others. Martin probably the most certain, Crichton based on form, Murray a definite if not injured, could be back for Origin 3, which is 1 of the 2 major byes that the Knights play.

I'm not expecting Friz to play origin. Was thinking Gagai until you mentioned yesterday. Best with the best chance imo. Depends if we pick based on combos and who our halves are I guess. Not even going to try to guess, just marking guys down as possibilities when bye planning.

Yeah fair point on Friz not being 100% in for Origin, but just feel like he will be? Feels like a "Trust me bro" moment

Murray was surprsingly one of Queensland's best last year, Cobbo certainly there somewhere. Gagai has been missing out to Holmes and HTF.

imo frizell won't play origin he's has too many younger players that are ahead of him

Well I still think Gagai is in the mix, simply because Coates/Murray/HTF haven't played much recently, Murray especially.

He has been in that great form for the last few seasons and still hasn't been getting picked by Billy.

I expect there are 4 certainties - Walsh, Cobbo, HTF, Holmes. Last spot in likely order is Murray, Coates, then Gagai.

I thought Murray was a silly pick but he was out and out one of the best players on the field. I dont know if he'll be fit in time though. Hes been off for a while, see how he goes in his first game back

Pretty much, but Coates will be picked before Murray IMO.

anyone else have SJ? considering holding him given the state of injuries and halves. doesnt seem worth to swap him for Brown at this point. 2 weeks plus r13 bye
