Yep, if Trindall stays in the 19, it's safe to say Hynes more than likely is out as they'll know after captains run either way.

I don't think Trindall staying in the 19 says anything really. Would be amazed if they named Hynes to play and Trindall wasn't in the 19. At worst, I would expect Trindall ends up as 18th man.

BA confirms that Moses is unlikely to play round 12

Would you bring Young in if it means he’s a fifth out (not including Origin players) for Rd 14? The Roosters have such a nice run coming up. I don’t need any more for 13 so that’s not so important. I guess it’s Aitken v Young this week then.

Here's one thing I don't get, If Friz is 50/50 why not just rest him when they've got a perfectly capable backrower on the bench who can pay a full game? Or do they need him out there against premiership favourites the Gold Coast Titans?

Maybe he's 50/50 as to whether he WILL play, rather than whether he CAN play?

i.e. he might be 95% all good, but they want him to be 100% by the captains run (i.e. minimal risk), hence they're calling it a 50/50 selection at this point

Need him marking up against Fifita I would expect. Has to be the hardest match up of the season for any edge.

Exactly. He might have gotten through the session fine but could pull up a bit sore tonight or tomorrow morning.
