Jturb/Blaw/Parcell by Barrett in the last couple of weeks... is it niggling injuries or tinkering with his new toy.

Cheers boys!
Tolman is $80,000 cheaper than Graham and they both finished last year at nearly the same avg and price, same as the year before
for very similar fantasy players I cant see much less of the same happening this year
I want JDB as he has great byes and will the 2015 Mannering playing 80 at lock, so needs to be had now because his price keeps rising
Just don't want to miss Hymel Hunt MK2 in Holland and get rid of a red dot in the same swing and add a massive POD in Tolman who should avg 50?
Is Holland really considered Hymel Hunt Mk2 (job security??), and if so, is the time right to cash out on say patmat to get him in?

Who should I pick as my last 2 reserves?
I have Carter, Jaifiti, PatMat, and Mitchell to choose from....

Well he seems the next cab off the rank. Stanley is quite injury prone, then Hopoate will be missing a few rounds. Im guessing Perett to FB, so it opens up a wing spot at the very least. Stanley probably be injured again/not back at all, so the signs are good....
Plus he kicks goals pretty good.

They did originally have him at 3 TB's and 2 offloads mate so I should of been more clear, finished the game with 2 TBs and 1 offload but added 6 kick defusalschitmunkey wrote:
bullshit!! he was my only player last night so watched him like a hawk.
he made 1 tacklebreak coming out of his end and 1 offload when manly were camped on the try line in second half.
fuck this game, stats guys can't even do there jobs.

Lots of little injuries at Manly.
Their ground is a steaming pile of shit.
Coincidence?

Cheers mate, might take a punt on Kennar being the replacement for Chambers over Holland if it means I can pick up JDB or Graham instead
Graham is the much better pick than tolman if you can afford it. like SI mentioned earlier, Tolman last year was always a solid scorer but always seemed to just be scoring a bit below the guns each week. Was never enough for me to trade him out, but just always felt like I had given up a few extra points each round with him rather than spending the extra coin for the more reliable guns. graham looks set to have a massive year and if he goes injury free will likely be the most consistent scorer of the standard props along with JBrom (excluding Fifita from that group as he doesn't typically score standard prop points). getting the jump on Kennar could be a big move as well with a reasonable price rise in him should he get the centre spot.

Re: 2016 NRL.com Fantasy thread part 24
Would you drop any of these to get the money (and potentially points) from Holland?
Mitchell
Barba
H Hunt
Unfortunately I have no useful DPP to get rid of a waste of space forward in a swap

probably not unless you are really desperate.
mitchell & barba still have money to make, while hunt should have his position locked down and is scoring consistently. hollands job security isnt 100%

Unless you really need to then I wouldn't drop any this week. Both Barba and Mitchell have cash to make, but judging by most people's teams they can only field 1 in their 17 so would be smart to cash out one in the next couple of weeks before they even out, or in order to fund the upgrade for a keeper/bye friendly gun.
Hunt seems to have his position locked down for the foreseeable future and is scoring pretty well in a position that doesn't have the most consistent top end scorers.
Holland while being a good option is a big gamble. Only in there really as injury cover for now, despite that many hope he will lock up the starting spot or be a solid bye option. Would look to get him in soonish, most likely via Barba or Mitchell for you, but only if you are set on bringing him in

Re: 2016 NRL.com Fantasy thread part 24
I'll take that 47 from Taupau considering his move to the middle of the park seemed to have him doing less work due to his niggle rather than more work.
Without that stinger or whatever it was, I reckon he would've come close to 60 in base stats last night.
Couple of tackle busts and a try in there and he's back up to that 80 region so I'm still confident he's got those scores in him.

Re: 2016 NRL.com Fantasy thread part 24
Problem now is that I want to bring in Mannering, Mbye and Radradra.
Mannering should start scoring well again, Mbye's price should keep going up and I don't want to miss too many of Radradra's points.
Radradra will probably be a straight swap for Barba/T-Turbo (1 trade)
Carter ---> Mannering, getting the cash from Barba/T-Turbo, maybe (2 trades)
Walker ---> Mbye, but not sure where I'm going to get the cash from...

Cheers lads. Very hesitant on the move. Having back 4 is annoying me (Tedesco Mitchell Barba Gordon) and I eventually want to get it back to 3 of them. Desperately need some money in the bank but will hold off Holland.

anyone have any information on moeroa? havent seen much other than saying he got a shin injury. is he likely to miss footy?
by the same token - are there any sites that accurately list injuries that happen during games in one easy spot?

You have to be kidding. Semi isn't going anywhere point wise and Barba is a guaranteed 40+ as a reserve. Times have changed for the little blokes with 8 interchange. He's a lock for reserve.
