Who's your other Hooker again mate? You have Macca right? I was initially thinking Macca to Kodi but reckon Kodi isn't really gonna generate much cash so probably not worth the trade(s) in that respect, and I'm not confident his scoring will be high enough to warrant having him in the 17, particularly if he is gonna continue to come off the bench still. Do you gain much from trading him in?

I've ended up going Macca to Hodgson, funded by a downgrade of Carter to Asiata (in hope of Bye round points).

That's WL, I have Smith and Parcell. The only reason for the trades is to cash out and hopefully earn some more cash from the two replacements.
The trades leave a hefty amount of money to upgrade the likes of Parcell and Hastings

Why not go with the replacement Knights halve, better cash out option and may well generate more cash too.

Well realistically we still have no idea who will start in the halves, and whoever gets the gig could just as easily get dropped in a week or two to try out a different combo

What did you decide to do in the end mate? I've tentatively gone Hodgson and downgraded/cashed out Carter with Asiata. Would have done the later before the bye rounds anyway so I figure I'll take the gamble early and hope he stays injury free.

Considering he was one of the best averaging Centres in 2014 (?) from memory.  Was determined to start him this year but when Hunt was preferred over him 30 minutes before 1st Souths game I did swapsies.

Yes he was, I had him and he was good. Not the most consistent week to week but good for a cash cow and even had a couple of 80 point games if I remember. Good enough for a keeper he was. I was going to go with him too until Hunt. Didn't go either but wish I went Hunt now for the cash.

True, I'm new, so take with a grain of salt and all that, but from what I can see Kodi will likely earn 100k max, probably less, I guess it depends how many trades you have up your sleeve and whether or not you think you can find a similar/better cash cow elsewhere. I reckon one will come up, perhaps wait a week and see how the Knights halve goes?

I wonder if Hastings will drop to the bench, come on to give Friend a break at hooker?

    Matterson + Pearce the halves?

I need to trade out TMM, that news regarding Kodi put me off massively. Panthers play 1st on Saturday, so not much wriggle room.
