2nd trade depends on your preference, but I would upgrade Gordon to Munster.
Those are the same trades I've done this week.
Other than Munster, you could upgrade Hastings or TMM to Hunt/DCE, or Saifiti/Grant to Fifita (not sure on prices, you still be just short).

    Yep.

I'm happy I stuck with Bhana all this time, might pay off. He's a solid and busy defender.

1 of my trades will be D. Saifiti to Bhana. That's easy. It's the 2nd trade causing me headaches. I want to wait a week on the Broncos hookers to see what their minutes are like & the fact that I can't see them scoring that well against the Sharks. I'm looking at moving J-Nik to the hooking position & bring in Norman/Widdop & selling Macca. Then next week selling J-Nik & bringing in one of the Broncos hookers.

I originally did Taylor to KNik. Now I'm really reconsidering this, are Matterson and Brock Lamb better prospects, and Do I trade out Hastings instead. Help!

Also just discovered that it didn't save my change of Captain, so I've got the (C) on Bhunt again and not CS9. Gah!

Everyone is all over Bhana whereas I started the season with him and traded him out Sad

Waiting on the Roosters/Knights game to figure out what I'm doing with Hastings/Lamb/Matherson but if Hastings is out and Matherson is playing then the decision is made for me.

If Hastings plays then I wait a week on Lamb/Matherson to make the right call although Feeney to Lamb is temping, I may as well keep Feeney around for the Feeney/Barba switch

I'm told from a very good source that Panthers young gun Nathan Cleary is NOT, I repeat is NOT playing tomorrow! Speculation is 100% wrong!

K Niko's going to be a 30 point player I think for the next few weeks. He'll get more minutes and make cash but his scores aren't going to be great in my opinion. Matterson has Hastings on notice but is otherwise unlikely to play big minutes, Lamb probably has the best job security of the lot but could be a crap scorer.
The late mail rumours have a lot of people paranoid about Hastings but I think it's hard to justify dropping him when the only thing really wrong with him is his poor kicking game which Pearce will take the duties of anyway.

KNik could be a decent enough scorer if needed and will make money. I needed a true cashout to spend elsewhere, so I didn't consider him, but if you're fine for cash, he seems a good option. I don't think Waddell will steal huge minutes off Kodi since he's been blooded a long time and hasn't done anything wrong that I can see.

Matterson to me will be Hastings of last year ie. limited minutes and hitting 10-25 point scores. May not even hold his spot with others returning, but the Roosters seem hellbent on playing a utility still. Like Kodi, Hastings has had a lot of time invested in him and it would take at least a couple more games with favourable results before Hastings could take a backseat to Matterson. He's already going to eat $37k that you could spend on someone actually in/close to your 17.

Lamb on the other hand is basement price, a true cashout for immediate upgrades. Has as much potential as any great 130k cashcow of the past, but go in with low expectations and you won't be disappointed if/when he turns out to be a Feeney or JNik.

Gotta take risks sometimes, holding off for a week costs extra and a more pressing trade may be needed next week instead.

A debutant in the Knights No.7 is "like a Lamb to the slaughter", pardon the pun. Lamb's only 19 this year and the Knights aren't exactly going to win many games with or without him so it wouldn't surprise me to see him eventually be dumped in a few weeks for someone else to have a turn re Pearsall or Feeney, just when we need him for the byes. Gee I hope that doesn't eventuate

He has already gained $51k. I don't really understand those who wait until a player is already well on the way up the rollercoaster before they bring him in. It's much more lucrative to figure out who is going to be the next cash cow before they start playing - that's the point of the game, really. Asiata is the obvious one there, albeit he isn't startable yet whereas Bhana is in the short term. If you're stowing your trade-in target in your NPRs, Asiata makes far more sense.

absolutely, but if bhana continues to score 35's from here on he will still make another 100k+ from what he's priced at now. the revolving door which is the knights team list is a problem in gaining that consistency. i haven't seen alot of him with my own eyes, hence the question i suppose.
