I thaught although my memory might be wrong that a winger got hurt early in their last game,Milchcow wrote:
I'm tempted to hold Aubbs for rounds 15 and 18.
Just have to work out how much he'll lise before then, and if I can afford to hold him.
He scored well last round playing the whole game at centre. Just need him to do that a couple more times
Therefore matter son came on and played centre and aubo played winger.

Does anyone have any pro tips on Vincent Leuluai of the Roosters ?
NRL Casualty ward still showing he is due to return round 10 but isn't showing as injured on the roosters site team list (http://www.roosters.com.au/team/team-list.html) or injury report section.
Is he kicking about in the reserves ?

Re: 2016 NRL.com Fantasy thread part 31
How long is Teddy out for and how long is Jack DeBelin out for?
At this stage Ive gone Teddy to James Graham and Cash Cow prop to Lamb. Just reckon a fractured shoulder blade is quite bad and given Tigers bye in round 15 he may not be back until round 16 (also large BE if he manages to play round 14)
Jack Debelin I'm hoping for a round 15 return so will hold (they have the bye in round 13 anyway so I'm missing four rounds with round12 the killer). More inclined to hold JDB than Teddy but would like others opinions.
Also have Manners.
Team for the week
Smith, Parcell
Fifita, Graham
JTurbo, Surgess, Whitehead, Merrin
Hastings, Lamb
BJ, Croker, Holland
Dugan, Munster, Barba, Mitchell
I know my halves are weak but will get DCE/Johnson in round 13. Don't want Hunt/Milford/Mybe.

Team at this stage: 18 trades left and 33k
Smith, Parcell
Graham, Mataora, BLaw, Grant
Whitehead, Surgess, Fensom, Cartwright, Aubusson, JDB
Hastings, Barba, Taylor, Littlejohn
Holland, Ferguson, Lolohea, Gutherson
Munster, Radradra, Mitchell, Scott, Feeney
Am thinking of just bringing in Lamb for Taylor, Littlejohn or Feeney this week and seeing how it pans out from there. Will hold JDB this week. Any other options I havnt seen??
Thanks guys

Just one trade atm for me Teddy>Lamb leaves 20 and 433k in bank.
His BE could be 90 by time back so not worth saving the trade and may not get him back.
Moving JDB to 2RF and Vleuluai to FRF allows me to upgrade the latter as late as Sunday if I deem it necessary. TMM>Munster is another Saturday option

what are your boys' thoughts on taupau? i reckon with dce back he will start getting to mid 50s again and is reasonably priced at 440k.

I've had Taupau from round 1 and while he's not been consistent it seems overall he was a pretty good buy.
Quick calculations suggest he averages 62.6 (n=5) when DCE plays and 38.7 (n=3) when he doesn't. Small sample size but pretty significant difference huh!
If I'm reading things right an average of 62.6 would easily place him as the best 2rf in the league. Even if you wanted to be really conservative and remove his big 92 from the equation he still averages 55 with DCE.

given his last 2 weeks have been 69 and 64, I'm sure hoping he doesn't go back to mid-50's

That's what I'm pondering. Seems to have cemented his place.

It hasn't been officially announced till Madge's presser this arvo. Then I would say we will have to wait till late changes to line up 1/2 hr before the game

I've traded him in at this stage for Taylor. I have to say though of the three reasons I see for bringing him in, making cash is just an added bonus. The 2 main reasons I've got him in are (1) he is a good cash out option for Taylor which allows me to upgrade one of my forwards (wouldn't have the cash otherwise), and (2) as it stood only 1 of my halves was playing round 12 - with the trade I have at least 2 halves playing in rounds 12 through 19.

I'm gambling on Curtis Scott.
Pro's: 129k, dual-position, returned from injury a couple of weeks ago and starred in Storm's Holden Cup game, played for Jnr Kangaroos on the weekend too. Is primarily a centre and Harris and Hampton have been named there this week, but I wouldn't be surprised if Scott came in for Hampton or Harris shifted back to the SR at someone else's expense.
Con's: Is young and seems injury prone in first grade and may have fallen behind Hampton, Vunivalu, Cheyse Blair and Kennar (if fit) in the pecking order.
I have Kennar too, so my backline is getting a bit red dot heavy now..
Yeah, Scott's the one I wanted to gamble on but I can only field 17 this week with a trade so can't trade in a red dot at this stage. I'll see what happens with him in the next week or so.
