I knew Priest was the bottom of the hierarchy of the 17, but I wasn't sure about Bateman vs Tapine. Lima and Soli are due back soon, yah?
Hmm, Tapine vs Bateman - I guess there's a chance Ricky chooses to drop Tapine and play Bateman, though I'd never really considered it as they are both so very different players. For mine, Bateman was brought in as a replacement for Soli, as he gets through a heap of work whereas Tapine brings a bit of spark. Tapine was the first used this year so that hints that he's higher up the pecking order but Bateman has always been very highly rated at the club. My gut has also just told me there's more of a chance of one of the more established players (such as Feno) being dropped then the new guys.
As for the return of the others -
Well both were due back this week prior to the rep round, but the latest update the club gave was
"Sia Soliola, Round 12-13
Jeff Lima, Round 12-13 "
Although there were some talking about whether they would be included last minute this week as they have been seen training without any apparent problems or protection so who knows.

Bateman's been getting more minutes than Tapine, would be possible he gets the nod over him (or Lima, who is not all that any more)? In real life he's been playing well anyway, everything at 100 miles an hour and a good work rate.
I mean it's a chance as I said above. When I actually break it down and try to analyse it it seems a much closer thing, but based on my gut I'd always just kinda seen Tapine as a bit of a certainty.
