Matthews and Thompson were the only dragons forwards to play 80 (85) last night. If Matthews continues as a straight up swap to jdb's role. I'll be stoked.

Matthews played right edge which is normally Friz's role, but Friz played in the middle for JDB (Lock) which is why he got less minutes than usual. Thought Friz was tremendous in the middle. Even if they revert back next week I think they will both still score well - little bit concerned about Marketo taking minutes off Matthews though, which is why I left Matthews on the pine after downgrading JDB to him.

Friz might be an option next week.
Am I crazy for thinking about reversing my Taylor > Lamb trade and going Mansour > Lamb.
I'm pissed Hiku is playing but Mansour surely due for a good game.

Ok so that Hodkinson news makes me want to play Lamb, regardless of whether Trent actually plays or not. But I have no idea who for. One of my centres? Holland/Gutherson/Aubbs? Hmm

Will Pearsall on standby to partner Brock Lamb in the halves.
They are going to get eaten alive.
I feel sorry for the Knights.

Is Phillips an option with Hopoate missing the next few weeks?
Looking to cash out Gordon..
Have Barba, Inglis, Mitchell as back 3.

also watching the game looked like Matthews played centre for a spell while Aitken was off for what appeared a concussion test

Re: 2016 NRL.com Fantasy thread part 31
Am I silly for considering Brock Lamb as my 4th reserve?
So far running with Barba (with JTrbo, Parcell, and Tolman the other 3).
But Lamb's base stats were pretty good last game and if he continues to do the bulk of the KMs then add some tackles in and a few attacking stats and he could easily by a 50 point player, couldn't he?
Other options for 4th reserve are BLaw, Jaifiti, Gutherson (or Lamb or Barba). Thoughts?
EDIT: Who kicks goals if Hodkinson is out?

Barba vs the knights must be tempting

Haha, yeah OK, but you never know, and even an extra couple points can make all the difference, especially in your 4th reserve spot.

Yeah, thats what someone else said. You reckon he'll be motivated to hit the line hard this week? Barba seems to be a bit hit or miss - he could get 20 or he could get 70 right? But if Lamb looks like a certain 40-50 pointer then maybe thats a better option.

How much kicking will the Knights really be doing if they are losing by 40+

Friggen TTurbo might be back this week, and would be playing fullback. I knew not to trust Manly and I should have held him. And I still have Hunt who was injured the same week. Bad move. A slightly broken Trbo would be a better option than Gordon.

Heaps, if the Sharks defence doesn't let them make any ground?
Though don't discount the Sharks' chance of completely fucking this week up.

not necessarily - a flogging can mean 60%+ possession to the sharks, repeat set after repeat set. long range tries, etc. team on the end of the bollocking drops heaps of ball. can mean not all that much kicking. but yeah. he should still rack up some decent KM's
