Your better off with 16 and good loophole options than having 18 and an ae like Feeney.

I wonder if I will stay in the top 2000 after tonight. I only have Gutherson and Feeney but I'm up 674 for the week to 1477. Will be touch and go I think

Yep, already tossing up the options:

    Hunt (vc)
    Smith (c)

    Smith (vc)
    Friend (c)

Two ones sticking out at me the most.

You mightdo it tough. There'll be heaps with Mau and Semi plus cashouts like feeney.

Have now realised that I can't do Smith/Friend as they're both hookers.

Toyed with the idea of Taupau (vc) but fuck that hahaha.

The latest rumours swirling around are Gordon is in fact on the outer and that Gutherson will go to fullback and French will debut on the wing tonight. If that's the case should I do a C Scott to Toutai trade? Is the 45k spent and 90 or so extra points over the bye rounds worth it?
I can't afford to upgrade anyone if I trade Toutai in and everything's the same but if Gordon's absent tonight then he's probably going to the Roosters and I'll have the cash to upgrade Latrell.

I personally wouldn't as the trades are just going to keep getting more valuable. Not to mention you'll want that cash and the trade to bring in keepers.

I am an experienced fantasy player enough to usually hold steady and not waste a trade on a player going sideways for bye coverage. But Bevan French is very interesting if he holds his spot. Plenty of accolades, and I do need one more cash cow for my final team trades (where I was counting on Lamb for that  Bang )
Green to French bags me 36k and 4 games of coverage where I wouldn't have had a player (and possibly a cashout at the end if he holds his spot).
Goes against all my rules as a fantasy player.
Then again, I already broke one of my rules this season by bringing in a winger (go Semi!)

shit that's right. I guess that's 15 playing next round. Might have to squeeze a trade in for a sneaky Hurrell.

Via Gutho or Aitken?  I've used 3 trades so forced to wait a fortnight, which is a good thing probably.  Watch French baguette a hatty tonight now.

I'm sure Gordon would just jump rather than be told he's playing reserve grade. Although with the Eels all FUBAR it wouldn't surprise me if they accidentally/negligently constructively dismiss him

It takes the right kind of gal to let you perform a sneaky Hurrell on her, I can assure you.
And if she lets you go the full Hurrelcane, marry her.
