649 with Graham, Fifita, M. Cooper, Thurston, J. Reynolds and J. Bird to play. Hopefully I can climb up the rankings a bit again!!!

Indeed. When the TA first came out they were horrible at implementing it (maybe 2012 from memory?). They have been much better over the last couple of years as they almost always give it regardless of how much involvement the person prior to the person receiving the ball had.

The last couple of weeks they have gone backwards.

My argument has always been that there is no room for subjectivity in statistics. Just award it to the person who last touched the ball prior to the try scorer and it is as objective as you will ever get it. A very smart poster on Sportal (coincidentally his user name was Smart Elephant) argued that the issue is they are the official NRL stats, not just for Fantasy. Good point but still doesn't help us out.

    I was ranked 615 a fortnight ago.

Two weeks in a row now I have posted mediocre scores whilst it seems everyone around me is killing it.

574 with Graham/Mooper/Barba/Aitken/Holland to come. So maybe 800 2 weeks running whilst so many people are hitting between 900 and 1000.

I am out to 1400 and can't see me making ground this week. Yeah, byes are fine, should have 15-17 for all byes now.

JDB is back but is on the bench. I'm selfishly hoping he doesn't get many minutes so he's a bit more affordable for me to bring back in later.

Im in the same boat. Actually bringing in Fifita instead this week, despite his bye next week. Hoping to pick up JDB slightly cheaper and back in jersey 13 for round 15. Bringing in JDB this week and Fifita next just doesn't make any sense!

As the commentators said, they seem to be wanting to attack Lafai so Holland could be in for big numbers today.
