late to the party, but is justin O'Neill the slowest fast man in the game? getting outrun by Maloney fuck me... Reminded me of when he debuted vs the Broncos and all the commentators could talk about when he was remotely near the ball was how quick he was and if he got into the clear no-one would stop him, then later in the game he took an intercept and got run down by Matt fuckin' Gillett!
also I was starting to wonder if Inglis has some unresolved issues with Walker? everytime Inglis tackled him he looked like he was trying to bury him 6 feet under the turf.

I wouldnt disagree that we SHOUlD see them, but we are absolutely NO chance of seeing them in the centres in game three if Daley is the coach.

Yeah, struggling for props so I stuck with those 2 given I ink we should completely overall the backrow. I Wouldn't have an issue throwing Paulo into the mix.

You are by far the worst supporter of a team on this forum. Not a humble bone in your body.

Well done qld, to good when it was needed
I swear if any cvnt start saying they should drop Jackson after 2 strong games starting on the edge, I'll question they actually watched the game
Frizz was huge, jack bird strong.
Prop rotation was messed up again IMO and our right side was actually better then our left side, what the hell happened to Jennings tonight

Re: State of Origin Game 2
But being serious for a moment, thanks for the game NSW. With better selections you guys go a lot closer in both games. Though it was very nice to see you chance your arm a bit more (I could only watch the 2nd half) as it made for a far more entertaining game.
Kudos to Frizz, he played well (not Papa lvl well, but he's only human), Welshy's sock is going to cop an absolute hammering when he watches the game. JBird also showed why he should have been in the starting 13. Maybe seeing those blokes perform might lead to different selections for game 3 (such as Teddy and Cartwright).

I'm reminding posters of all the origin bets I had running in case they forget, (including your origin banner bet with Random, where is the QLD banner BTW) nothing wrong with that whatsoever and DEFINITELY nothing to do with being either a good or bad winner.

Yeah I agree, and same with Gagai. Having said that, they've been great. If I was a NSW supporter leading into this series I'd say Jennings on O'Neill was the match up I like the most, with their outside wingers not far behind. Our guys have thoroughly outplayed them though. Mansour was fine but Gagai has been brilliant.

Re: State of Origin Game 2
Yeah, jackson was ok, never gonna win us a game but not gonna loose it either. He is doing ok, apart from throwing the ball out when the game was on the line.
Gould clearly saying that Gallen has been the wrong captain for the last 6 or 7 years. Muck me dead Gus, tell us something we don't already know.
He MUST go for game three, the time is now!

Re: State of Origin Game 2
I probably wouldn't have picked Jackson (because I don't think he is the style of player NSW need, not because I think he's done poorly) but I'd honestly be taking a look at the more 'established' players (especially in your pack) before I looked any further. Guys like Klemmer and Tamou forever get a free pass once they have one "good" game and the media hypes them up. Don't get me started on players like Gallen in your team, honestly lads...leaguegod wrote:Well done qld, to good when it was needed

Honeysett, I agree entirely but.... winners are grinners. Bren can post that farken coffee-drinking smiley all week. Brisbane and the Qld teams (Storm included) own NSW's arse.

Gould smashing Gallen without saying his name, and probably bird and Farah. All three should go.

Knock knock. Whose there? Michael Jennings.
Sorry lads, couldn't resist. Tough one to put the finger on for NSW. They played okay and tried hard, but just not good enough to win the big moments, even with us missing our fullback and centre. Future looks okay for NSW though. Their young players have all done well this series imo except for Ferguson and to a lesser extent Walker.

Anyone just see the team song? Everyone else in full kit except Thaiday who was just in his budgie smugglers and they started to zoom in on the group then panned left away from big Sammy double time!
