I think I'm in the shit round 18, but hey I can pull some strings before then. Hopefully this is a good round for me, I have 16 playing, off to 113 from 3 in last nights game.

He was primarily a cash out. He cost 135k. He just scored 32 more points then an NPR cash out, and he did that in a major bye round as a bonus. Anyone who traded him in was only hoping that he scored some points this round and then disappeared forever.
How is that a waste of a trade when everyone is starting to compile their final 17/18?
At this stage for my team personally he is proving to be a very valuable trade.
You will regret it if you were to run out of trades before finals due to injuries + suspensions.
No, no I won't. He was a cashout. I would say at just over halfway through the comp almost everyone is still going to sell at least one player to generate cash to upgrade another. Anyone who doesn't must either allready have their final team at Round 15 and be 100% happy with it and/or have a ludicrous bank.

There are talks of Semi singing with a French rugby union club for the rest of the year and returning to the eels in 2017 to relieve cap pressure. Would mess up a lot of teams if true

Re: 2016 NRL.com Fantasy thread part 40
how would leaving for the rest of this year help? 75% of 2016 wages are already paid, Parra are already under the cap for this year. Next year the NRL are continuing to punish Parra by including TPAs in the 2017cap (incl Watmoughs who isnt in the rest of cap anymore)

Does anyone know if the NRL approving Manly's use of Liam Knight is season long or only applies for this round?
Need a 2RF cashout. Is Chris Smith likely for more game time?

I've been so close to trading him and D Saifiti in so many times this season.... Both have been unexpectedly good over the last four or five weeks.
The question is do I pull the trigger on Tedesco to Gordon next round? You would expect them to come closer again in price, but Teddy could easily outscore Gordon by 40+ points. Not sure its a risk I want to take, but $$$ are tight.

Doubt I was the only one
Yeah I was hoping he'd at least keep a spot on the bench for Round 19 and get me 10-15 points because well I'd struggle to field 17. Might have to aim for a downgrade in future that plays Round 19 like French or Copley (Okay maybe not him)

If it does happen, at least he will be back within striking distance of his starting price. Imagine trying to find a late season replacement for him when he's 320k.

Did anyone take note of Kaysa Pritchard, sort of showed why he hasnt established himself in top grade. Shows the talent, but all it took was one solid collision with Surgess and he was done.
If he had ten more kg's on him i reckon he would be a totally different player.

Lol am I reading this right? Father Ted to Not-so-Flash Gordon?
Not sure I understand the method of your madness, but even if it is a good idea, Ted is really a 500-550k value player so you'd be looking to trade him out at the bottom of his worth. He's the best WFB around and if you wanted him back in your team later would likely cost you a lot more.

To be more clear, I have Gordon, was planning to go Gordon to Tedesco next round, but is it worth waiting another week considering their respective break evens.

Re: 2016 NRL.com Fantasy thread part 40
I wonder how I could only field 8 this week while most people are fielding 12+ I mean I guess it makes sense when I had 15 players for Round 12 but even then a few of those were players like Kodi and Feeney who might as well have not played at all.
I guess there's a lot of Aitken/Johnson/Mannering owners out there along with a few Eels players being carried around.

Take a look at that try before HT, thats why Pritchard hasnt established himself, he has his back to the play trying to get back onside and its the hole he leaves that they find with the inside ball. It was no surprise that when he was on the Bunnies started to go through the middle of the ruck, once he went off Parra got back on top.
Surprised the commentators didnt notice the centres swap at HT, Edwards,Toutai,French were in trouble defending together but things changed when Toutai and Gutho swapped sides.
