I want either Fifita or Teddy or CWalker but to do so any 2 players required to trade out play round 18. The players I bring in will probably all miss round 18, and be more expensive by round 19.
The trade out players all have BE's that will likely mean losing cash if I keep them till after byes.
What would you do? Trade now and miss the points over round 18 or wait?

It's a trade off - you've got to go with the player who you think will score the most points overall.
I'm in a tough position. Makes a difference if Barba scores 16 or 60 in round 18!
I might have to sit on some trades until origin 3 and deicde after that if I want to make a downgrade somewhere and then upgrade someone to Fifita/Tedesco/Walker etc.
Got a bad feeling about Walker though...

Read a post around here saying he arrives tomorrow. With jet lag say he starts training Thursday that's like what a day or two to meet his new team and get playing with them so yeah unfortunately he's unlikely. However we've seen a lot of mid-season transfers this year and some guys have had like one training session before suiting up for their new team so maybe the SL's Man of Steel will be rearing to go after all.
Edit: Oh wait you mean next week. Well with Mansour and Moylan probably out (Daley's going to stay loyal) then yeah Hardaker's pretty likely I'd say.

it would be good to have him play in the CTRs, with Peachey (now DPP) moving back to the 2RF.
Peachey might become a good pick-up in the CTRs fantasy wise (trade him in for Holland or Claw?)

I had him in my original team but traded him out after his "6 week" injury, which ended up being only 1 game plus the rep round. I would bring him back for sure if he wasn't so hobbledy.
