Croker is in form ATM and we play some weak teams over the next month-ish so could score just as well, HOWEVER BJ's points come regardless of tries as he goes for regular scoots and makes TB's off the back of that. Croker will have plenty of up's and downs so as weird as it sounds BJ would be the much safer choice. Croker would be a gamble on finding some meat pies and raiders going big (plenty of conversions) which is definitely a chance against Knights, Origin Cows, Warriors, but knowing the Raiders we are just as likely to play like clowns for those games.

Edit: I have both though and have for about 10 weeks
solid advice, decided to go bj, fuck it. my team is nearly complete anyway. 441k on a ctr is madness and makes me nervous as fuck though.

It would cost you more than $20 in doctors fees and medication.

I didn't want to get rid of Green as every bit of cash helps me right now but maybe I should so that I get a much better AE... hmmm
As far as I'm aware, Munster is still a chance.

Well said Beast, fantastic amount of common sense there

I once captained Josh Mansour in his gun season, scored massive but still got beat by the likes of Smith and a few others, too risky for little potential gain

If you want to be risque with a captain choice go with someone like Benny Hunt

capable of a 90 with an medicore game going 40-50 and a less chance of a sub 35 game

Can't you keep away from Raiders players, I don't mind others but last thing I want is some KFP curse killing off our mob. Though JC is probably the most durable we have... Sad

That Tupou try is better then anything he produced at origin level. That is the sort of kick they should have been trying when he played for NSW.

Exactly. When the top line captain options are putting up 50-65 most weeks you want your POD captain choice to be putting up at least something close to that for if they don't perform. Go with someone like Hunt/DCE/SJ who should still be able to get to at least 35-40 with base stats in an average performance

Cheers, yeah maybe I need to calm down a little, probably shouldn't go crazy and make a trade on the possibility of a player being out and requiring an AE...Instead I'll return to the much more sensible route of contemplating a Finucane/JDB/Some other keeper -> Barnett trade for some short term cash affraid Drunk 2 Drunk Stoned
