I wouldnt say next 3 years unless you want to rule out Smith, Thurston etc.

I might start another thread for people to list their top 5 of each position, because as soon as someone posts their top team the first thing I want to know is "ok so you didn't pick player x, do you rank them as the next best or are they not even in the same ballpark in your eyes"
