IIRC you were only 1-2 points behind 3rd place in my voting. Wallace wasn't that great this year IMO (would have been better off going with Prior who has has had a great year). Still some question marks over Ponga as a utility also. Very surprised nobody selected Barba as well.

His backline is probably the best in the game IMO however Luke has been extremely average this year and too many concerns and issues surrounding his teams injury history. I still voted him as having the second best squad though.

Yeah, I kinda knew no one would have wraps on Ponga but he impressed me more than say Barba as a utility. My bench was a bit rubbish but by that point in time I was struggling with internet issues and just wanted to get picks done. I almost picked Nathan Brown the grubby cunt from Souths and maybe should have and didn't even think of prior which would have made my bench a bit more likeable but as I said, stoked with my team. I'd back it any day. Especially in another year or so.

Sorry I meant I was surprised nobody selected Barba in general. Should have picked Ryan Matterson as your utility. Bloke can cover a wide variety of positions and definitely has some size to him.

But then Matterson played over half a dozen games and wasn't convincing. I guess a two game sample size works pretty well against Ponga but 174mts on debut alongside two lines breaks and plenty of interest was enough for me.

Just listing my reasons on why I didn't select your squad higher up the rankings is all. Still a quality side but.

actually were more draftees so the better players gone quicker in the original draft, not a true reflection really

what we doing next then? that was a good time passer and fun!

what about that trade game where you start with 2 teams and have to move guys around so you don't have any form the original teams left?
