In other news, if you want a laugh... be careful what you post on reddit because sometimes journalists quote you without permission and write an out-of-context article.

Certainly wasn't venting or complaining, was asking for peoples advice/if it was commonplace in Melbourne. Real Estate guy seemed like a really nice guy too, top bloke.

Daily mail is a terrible news outlet
For many many reasons, but one of them is because they do basically no actual journalism.
Not only do they steal stories off reddit/facebook (which pretty much everyone does) but they also rip stories from other actual news outlets, and pretty much just copy other journalists work word for word.
They can go and die in a fire.

You also have to be careful here. Its not as popular as reddit, but didn't some guy on the old sportal get the sack after comments he made on the forums?
