Every year I write down the mistakes I made throughout the season and promise not to do it next year. But then TLT comes along and I make the same mistakes again.

    -Go cheap in centres
-Automatically pick props that get moved to 2nd row/lock
-Pick players who only have job security for 2-3 weeks
-Too many mid pricers where every season only a few come off

I agree with all of this, however as a rookie hooker he will be targeted in defence and be made to make more tackles - he's just another player in the U20s but now he's the target. I think his tackling numbers get a bump.

So more missed tackles for Brailey then given the extra workload?

There are a couple cheap guys post TLT that look tempting but I know nothing about them.

Any info (particularly job security) on:
    Yates
    Elliot
    Leota

    Cheers!

My thinking as that we will finally see over 60mins for Granville and no Rory the pest there. No?

That fella from storm surely doesn't get the respect and minutes in that squad as Kostjaysen was

Granville averaged 61 minutes last year.

Kostjasyn (avg 37 mins if you exclude his games in the halves) and Granville spent a lot of time on the field together last year.  That might not happen with Hampton and Granville, but it will be more likely to reduce hampton's minutes than increase Granville's

Granville might get some extra time on the field, build up to 70+ minute hooker. In which case he would probably be 5-10 points under priced. but I don't see him doing that regularly enough

Going to get caught up looking after my son today, but Thursday and Friday he is at daycare so some dedicated planning time.

Mrs Cow gets Wednesday's off to look after the little milch calf, but when she found out I wasn't working today she planned a bunch of stuff to do by herself. Kind of defeated my purpose in taking the day off (fantasy planning is hard with a 3 year old in tow) Such is life

You don't want Keary in your team, so any option with him is a no from me.

Keary does not score well paired with a dominant half like Pearce will be.

Whilst I love that nobody seems to be running with Mannering and I am, is there something I'm missing? Are there real doubts about how Kearney uses the interchange?

No 1 from me - jeez I get worried when I see these choices my forwards are nowhere near this strong Neutral

For some players taking one potential fantasy gun out of the team (like Gurgess) makes the whole team collapse... Oh the drama affraid

Nah I think Manners is actually in a better fantasy spot than he has been for some time. I think that while the Warriors are still lacking up front the experience is better for the last couple years so one would think Manners spend 80 minutes on the field and most if not all of that at lock. Guys like Vete, Gubb, Lisone, & Bunty I think will be backed to do their jobs and the Centre pairing (of Kata and Fusitua) looks relatively settled so this should mean Mannering doesnt get bumped around (as much?) to C or edge forward like he has in seasons past.

Just my thoughts anyway. After JDB & Surgess if I could find a spot for another set and forget forward it would be Mannering. Perhaps he warrants a place ahead of either of those guys anyway... I think he has a big season. And with this year being the Warriors year it all bodes well Wink

Are you into card stacking? I like watching videos, haven't tried it yet. Looks fun.

I'm thinking doing the same with Gurgess.
