    My bad.

Was it Roberts playing next to Oates last year? I swear i remember watching Oates and Screaming at him to pass to Roberts. Mostly because he was in my team, but yeah.

haha. nah roberts always played right, oates always on left wing. The centre inside Oates last year was a bit of a revolving door.

Wow, he hasn't had much coverage here but I think he's underpriced. Have had some great spells with him in the team in the past.

If he stays fit he's surely going to be top 3 WFB. You might be onto something there...

I have very rarely had him over the years, maybe for 6 games over his whole career. Most people would have had him a lot more.

That 6 games cost me a bit of hair with him clutching at his fucking ankle after every second run. Then some more hair when you know him and Bobblehead may be on the same suburb together after a game or whatever.

He is underpriced by 35k by my quick reckoning. Gives me a back 3 of RTS/Hayne/Dugan. But my no one over 200k in my centres.

Bennett said Kodi Nikorima wont be far off playing in our 17 for anyone considering Macca (or Arrow for that matter).

"Kodi only played 20 minutes of football about a week ago so he doesn't have much football behind him.

"It just didn't make sense to expose him to tomorrow's match knowing that.

"He'll get some confidence and some playing time in the Queensland Cup on the weekend, and he will get his opportunity for us soon."

Last 2 reserves from LG, Frankenstein, Kelly, Moga, Cotric, Pythian with Yates, Leota, Stimson and Fogarty.

Obviously fitting Walker and Turbo with dual gun halves makes my second row and Front row weak but I actually don't care.
Turbo could be this years Teddy, Walker this years Croker and lack of sure thing halves makes me need two guns.
I already have the two gun hookers in my eyes so bar injury I'm safe on trades here until origin.

Don't think I lose too much in the second row if Fifita, McInnes, Walker and Turbo fire. Also think its not out of the question that ET and Moeroa score between 45-50 early on.
Everyone has Mata'utia and Sironen also.

Fuck me that is well balanced in all positions. A bit of luck required picking your last couple of reserves and that is one of the best teams I have seen.

So..... I may have discovered something, it turns out that George Burgess's wife is about to give birth. Is this why he's not named?

There's about 100 crappy league journo's in Australia and it takes MTB to get the scoops. Should start a twitter account called the accurate mole.

Just cleared my team. I don't even know why I worry so much, not like I'm going to win this competition. I'll just end up in L2 again next year like I have for the past 3 years straight.

Has to be someone there to put that cash to good use assuming you're playing overall

I have Brailey, Fafusi, Elgy and SMat as reserves currently.

Siro sitting there outside the 17. Just not convinced by anyone north of that price, too many players that will be fringe keepers that I reckon will just oscillate around their current price.

Looks like your right. Articles from December about his heavily pregnant wife. So that means he gets no sleep?

According to a bit of lurking (instagram posts) she would only be about 34 - 35 weeks pregnant right now.. that said, a baby from George is probably huge.

38 is normal? This is a scoop though if he's back in a week. Would you put in team now or use a trade later?

Pretty much ready to lock and leave unless someone has some pressing issues that I'm blind to.

    Shoot.
Very similar to my team - only differences are Stone, Mannering, Moeroa, Thurston and Moylan for Leota, JDB, ET, Norman & Holmes

Then why was he named in the reserve team. I think someone mentioned that. There was talk about this on a Souths forum re Gurgess non selection. They reckon due to Cook being on the bench they needed their props to be able to play 25-30 mins on the trot. They reckon Gurges is only capable of playing 20 min stints so that's why he's missed out.
