No, fresh start for the new year.

Last 4 games are all assumed to be starting price/9475

He put the tweet out on Tuesday night, and she replied about 30 minutes ago, so 24 hours later. Looks like she thought he only put the tweet out today.

Really want to ditch Moga but he plays on Thur and Suli potentially on Fri.

Yeah me and MS were talking about. MS said he thinks JT is going to play him, didn't want to put him in the spotlight as he is young and making his debut etc etc.

I really want to get ET though

    Thoughts?

I think carrying both is a bad strategy. Holmes i get as should be back next week, George who knows. I think your better off spending the money maybe on someone like Matagi, see how he goes and if he scores well you keep him and have good bye coverage, if he goes crap you hold the extra 100k and maybe bring in George or anther guy who kills it round 1 (Wallace ect)

Gone back to an old team.

Will risk starting the season without CS9 or Fifi. It's a new year and as much as some of us like to think we can predict the future, surprises happen. So I'm hoping Gallen or McInnes can be my POD captain choice through the start of the year.

Also thinking of throwing TMM in over Lamb to partner Norman because if he's gonna score well surely it's in those first handful of games.

Thanks for all the help and good luck to all.

Can't recall the source, but it said that Taylor doesn't like naming rookies as it puts too much pressure on them, so he names them outside the 17, then brings them in late.
They reckon that Suli will play.

Fair call on Holmes yes, risk with every pick we make where they haven't played a new position before but FBs generally score better than wingers so fair amount of data to support that, add to the fact Holmes is a superstar in the making and a decent shout he progresses in fantasy

I'm not doubting the talent of TMM I've said that all along, what I do know is for a half to have 6 games in the NRL and kick for a grand total of 8m then generally that is likely the case to assume going forward, base stats are critical to stop the shitty single digit scores and km to a half separates the elite from the also rans

if TMM wasn't awkwardly priced he would be straight in my team, but I prefer the safety of a Lamb who should get decent base stats with the occasional big game with decent attacking output

See I would rate the two of them the same. I think Holmes is talented for sure as is Martin. Holmes will play FB and get his hands on the ball, probs half as often as Martin in the halves. Everyone one thinks that there's upside for McGuire et all cos that person will see more ball, why then not say the same about Martin?

Milf barely kicks and yet can crank out a decent average finishing last year on 45.6. I'm not holding onto TMM if I do play him, I'm hoping he can go gangbuster and make me a quickfire 100k that I can then use to turn him into a second gun half. It's risky but only because of his price. The flip side to that is, it's the fact that he is priced so high that makes him easy to upgrade. He doesn't need to make 300k, just 100 will get me there.

Did not realise they were priced the same. I think the risk vs reward for those two are about equal. Lamb won't be the dominant HLF and if the Knights continue to struggle, his attacking opportunities could be limited compared to a buzzing Panthers team.

I think Ill make the swap as well.

The longer I look at this wretched forum, the worse my decision making becomes.

Madness mate, absolute madness especially without seeing how McInnes goes minutes wise

POD captains for a week/single matchup rarely ever work out over CS9 + Fifita but running a POD captain gauntlet for multiple weeks is suicide
