Makes sense, but we haven't seen what minutes Wallace will get in a non injury affected team.

Wallace average 31 points in 37 minutes last year (ppm 0.84), got 56 in 69 minutes on the weekend (ppm 0.81).

Worst case he gets 50 minutes and scores at a ppm of 0.75 = 37 points.

Best case he gets 65 minutes and scores at 0.8ppm = 48 points.

I'm expecting 40-45 for the next 3/4 weeks then will make the jump to JBrom.

If he scores 45s for the next 4 weeks what will he be priced at?

I'm just saying Prior could score just as well but the fact is I was expecting Prior and Wallace to both see about 50 minutes each, so I took Prior because I thought he would score better. The minutes has changed everything for me because I think 50 mins is the most Prior will get and 50 mins is the lowest Wallace will get. Also if you had Saifiti, jump ship now, a mid ranger is a mid ranger and that score of 20 points means he won't make cash. Same with those that have JWH, jump ship too. Watch Wallace get injured now. I guess the other thing to note is that Ryan James got 57 minutes (averaged 58 minutes last year) whilst Wallace got 69 minutes. If Wallace wasn't capable of bigger minutes wouldn't we have seen James play more and Wallace play less?

The NRL article regarding Hayne that I read today was very team orientated. Wants to do well for the team and make players around him better. Had good things to say about the halves. Seemed like he wants to try to me. Could be wrong.

Also if you want to make a point for Hayne, he was under an injury cloud pre game and that may of played a part in his efforts on the weekend.

Whats this rumour about him not wanting to line up against the Eels? If thats true then he really does deserve the nickname Jayne.

    40's for the next 4 weeks price = ~365k
    45's for the next 4 weeks price = ~388k

Assuming JBrom misses 2 games(round 2 and 3) and comes back scoring 50's(round 4 and 5) he will be 420k by round 5 and hold price during round 6 making it a very cheap trade from Jwal to JBrom

I was tossing up between Barnett and Buhrer at the start of the season and I went with Burher, very difficult to have both especially when I already have Smat and Lamb

I'm short on the same trade and it's definitely not worth 2 trades. Wait it out for a cash cow to pop up at base price they always do

I thought that last year with HHunt, missed the boat and the $200k he made, I would try work something for Moga if I didn't have him.

The fact that Yates got more minutes than Saifiti is not a good omen at all. Must not be held in as higher regard as some of us thought.

So want a bargain forward to be named

Yeah good discipline mate. I REALLY don't want my first trade of the year to be an uninspiring centre (like always). Cue round 4 disappearance after 2 losses and a change to Kahu/Mead or some other combination

I definitely wouldn't play him this week against the cowboys if I do upgrade him

I'll just death ride him like all the cash cows I've missed over the years.

    2013: Gurgess
    2014: BHunt
    2016: HHunt

Can't have all the cows and all the guns I'd rather save the trade for origin where I can maximise points than trade out Idris, Talakai, Cotric, Kelly, Suli or one of RTS, Hayne, Munster who will probably be end game keepers

There are plenty of cash cows in the backs and assuming you have the rest of them you don't need Moga aswell. Sit tight and use that trade to make up some points over the byes

Did McQueen cop an injury on Saturday night as well? 58 minutes seems strange given Proctor didn't return in the second half. I'd scan through the match replay on nrl.com to find out for myself but I didn't end up with a digital pass Sad

McQueen is just shit. Neil Henry quoted in an article before round 1, "Wallace will be relied upon for big minutes", not quite 69 minutes you would think but I think he will get 55 minutes. Theres no way he is only getting 40 minutes in that pack. You have to remember Bird at lock averaged 68 minutes last year, and they have lost Shillo. Its the middle forwards where the extra minutes are, as Proctor essentially replaces Taia. Passi/Pulu aren't big minute players.
