Would most definitely be going Walker over Nofo. Better byes and a hell of lot more consistent which will balance out in the long run...

Yep I'd choose Walker over Nofo every time if it was me.

What about this Bulldogs guy filling in for Mbye... instead of the Panthers guy

Finally caught up after the weekend away flying down to see my Cowboys beat the Titans. As a Hess owner and Cowboys fan was totally awesome and all refereeing decisions were correct Razz . 722 seems about par, reasonably happy with my team but Sironen, Musgrove and Kelly in my NPR's sucks. Happy with my Suli to Slater trade at the last minute. Was going to bring in Whitehead for Siro but was just paralysed by indecisiveness and dodged a bullet there. Thinking:

Moga -> Panther's guy, Smat to centre with Turbo
    Kromwich -> Podene

Any reason I shouldn't be getting Podene? Was he just getting back to his normal 80 minutes or was there an injury. I really, really wanted to get Surgess this week but am 11k short. Also did the 33% Jai Field owners start with him or is he being used as a cash out?

So... This year I decided that my wife would play fantasy... You know, to test a few theories and go against what the norm was... Yeah. A wags team (I know you guys are doing it too! DON'T JUDGE ME!!!)

Anyways. Currently that team is ranked 450ish and 15th in Victoria.

Why do I out hours into my team each week? I spend like 5-10 on hers and it's way better than mine.

@mulvy i think we have similar players and ideas. i've currently got what you suggested. but was also thinking about smats+kbrom for mannering.

it would fuck up one ctr spot for a while, but i think that spot is doomed to be cursed anyway. may as well stack up in the second row!

I'm doing it because it's ultimate cash out potential. If he plays once more and jags a 20 then never plays again, he sits there and I can use him as a last option to scrape cash together later in season.  Can't have every cash cow
So that's worth two trades?? Yeah your happy to kill a place in your 2nd row this early?

Anyone want to put their hand up to be interviewed this week for the poster profile? I'm happy to take on anyone, new or old.

I moved SMat to centre and brought in Podene...
Bodene made like 50 tackles last game... he's a machine!
I could wait a week, because his BE is around 50, but as I mentioned before... he might do a Hess and carry 5 Titans on his back over the line this weekend.
    1% ownership... Definitely a POD

Has Lamb topped out anyway? Or is the possible week out the final straw regardless?

I don't mean to brag (yes I do, I always do.), but I also set up a WAG team this year (I call it trade catharsis).  Both teams ranked in the 200s, and only share 4 players. Which just goes to show that a) I am a genius  Laugh 3 ; and b) there is definitely a lot of strategies to make it to the top of this comp.

so you'll trade to .... well who?
He's one break out game to making decent money and I just need to start saving trades, so I'll hold him.

In honour of the Purge that is about to happen to my team - an avatar change is in order.

So - for the week ahead:

    - If Ryan James goes for two weeks on the shoulder charge, I'm looking to downgrade to Vaughan. Whilst I know you don't trade out guns, but two weeks of that much cash doing nothing will hurt, and I didn't like the looks of him pulling up lame with a possible back issue at the end of the game.

    - That Panthers guy. I'll look to find some space for him for the downgrade option to fund some HOK or 2RF upgrades, but I can't figure out who gets the cut. I've got Adam Elliot as the most likely, but that only secures about 30K. The rest of the cows still have some coin to make. Hmmmm.

    - could go TPG for French via SMAT and Cotric. But should probably keep the rd 12 players.
