he averaged 32 starting wing and 35 starting centre last year.

He's only ever started once at fullback before lats week. 40 points (including a try) for Manly in R26 2014.

But I don't have confidence in him so think I'll trade him out.

Moses might come in for him if/when he goes to Parra.

Speaking of which - Moses had his Tigers offer withdrawn on Friday last week, and allegedly signed for Parra straight away - if so then 10 day cooling off period would end on Monday, right (do they count public holidays?)
So it won't be until then that we'd get some sort of official announcement. As a Tigers fan I hope they don't let him go this year without some sort of decent player swap happening.

Side note - it would be funny if Parra named Moses in their 21 today in the hopes of getting him to come across early. It's not often that someone gets named to play for both teams in a game. Someone once got named for both City and Country origin on the same day - was it Andrew Ryan?

I'm pretty sure Rick Rude appeared on both Monday Night Raw and Monday Night Nitro on the same night.

There was at least one game where guth was moved to FB during the game when Flash must have been injured and it looked to me (and Phil Gould) that that was his best position.

When Craig Field made his debut for Balmain he was named in the official program as playing for Manly (their opponents that day) but made a mid-season transfer the day of the game.

Takairangi's stats were interesting against the Warriors.
I know he won't be in the halves for long but couple of try-assists, 120km and 23 tackles (none missed) a big shift up from his stats in the centres.

Not worthy of a trade and who the hell knows what will happen with the Eels but I thought it interesting at the least.

He was always a very promising player - and I (along with many others) got excited by his early games for Manly. But after getting a season ending injury in his first game for Parra he wasn't able to replicate his early brilliance.

He did score a massive 85 in the only game Michael Gordon didn't complete last year. But I am still not convinced.

It depends on whether you think you have made enough money to be able to upgrade all the players you want.

Scouter wrote:Cartwright apparently didn't train yesterday but Fish did. Hopefully CHN retains his starting spot with Fish back on the bench.

I think they would bring back JFH slowly from the bench if he's coming back from injury and there's no reason CHN can't retain his spot.

mulvy wrote:If I give ET and Musgrove another week, I can go Hess -> Whitehead and Lamb to ARey. Do it??

Is everyone sold on the idea that Whitehead is back to being brilliant? I'm not that confident in him yet.

Lamb to ARey is a good try, if he doesn't make Origin and if he doesn't get injured. I like the pick but it does come with a fair degree of risk.

    Chewie agrees!

Gutherson has been a great pick for the start of the season, but French's injury and the Moses rumours have put a damper on his run...
buy low sell high is the rule... with a BE of 69, he could potentially lose another 20k to 30k this week

Don't know about others but I find telling the players they are being traded is one of the toughest parts of being a fantasy coach. The looks on their faces when you tell them the game is up and they're being sent on their way...
