The main reason for me lacking confidence in maintaining my ranking is because I dont have anywhere near enough time to devote towards serious bye planning, reading spreadsheets etc. Most weekends I even miss out on some of the final team lists, just lucky I haven't been caught out yet.

Your CHN downgrade idea is something I've been thinking about. I was initially going to upgrade him to Whitehead as he is safe enough to have as an 18th man but have changed my mind. I am now considering keeping that downgrade as a safety net to upgrade Brailey when the time comes. I just wish he gets a few more games so his price reaches 400k.

SMat is definitely a worry but with TTurbo likely to play origin and the lack of consistency of others in that position, I'm willing to give him a bit more time to see how he goes. If he can spend 80mins on the field he should average 40+ but one more HIA and he's gone.

I also forgot to write down my 4th half in my team, I cashed out Elgey a couple of weeks ago for J.Fogerty purely for his dpp. I had planned on trading in Munster and Walker for Lamb and Ponga this week so I can change them around from half to wfb but Walker looks like he'll lose more cash so I might wait another week and Ponga may get another game. If I reverse my Walker trade that I made I have 195k and 21 trades.

I have also been looking at a way of bringing in SJ. The best way for me at the moment is via Ponga, it'll leave me with 53k itb but then I'll have to play Hayne in my 13 then the week after I'll have to make some downgrades so I can bring in Munster or Walker as my 4th wfb.

I also have to consider a replacement for McGuire before rd 12 with N Brown being the most bye friendly. Also not too far away is an F Kaufusi upgrade, hopefully he can become Mannering and my second row will be set.

All in all lots to plan and think about but I'll always be open to any suggestions or any form of assistance, infact I'll probably need as much as I can get and it'll be truly appreciated.

Thanks again for taking the time to do your analysis and an even bigget thank you for offering to help.

I'm hearing what you are saying mate @mango but to be honest, you don't really need to invest a whole lot of time into it because most of it is already being done for you and spoken about on a regular basis on here. Just look at what people are doin and talking about. Players like N Brown etc.

I remember when PGC took out the comp a year or two back and he had spent a lot of time talking to some of the guys on here and gleaning advice. That's what the place is for. It's not just the daily grind and banter, we're a community here to help each other out, offer advice and differentiating points of view etc. I'm sure that I'm not the only person on here that would be more than happy to help out where we can.

I'm gonna sit down over the weekend and do up a bye player list including trade in/out times etc. It won't be pretty by any means cos I ain't great with that sort of shit but at least you'll be able to look at it and see who the bye favourable fantasy relevant players are and when to get on em and off em etc. Happy to send it to you and share it publicly here if people are interested.

Not serious enough to get Parra panicking and on the phone to Mitch Rein so he should be right. Rein wanted 300k for his services and he got turned down.

Hey anyone got some NSW Cup updates on how the Sharks are doing? Eyeing off Nu Brown for the byes and cash but then I remember Daniel Mortimer is also there, although by last accounts I heard he wasn't doing too well.

Sheet on page 1 is up to date.

Normally when I update page 1, I put a text comment there to indicate the round. But if I forget (like this time) just can see if its current by just checking the price of someone - eg Sam Stone listed as $282k on the BE sheet, that's his current price in fantasy so you know its good.

Mortimer is currently listed as injured indefinitely - knee I think. Source - Zerotackle.com

With this SKD incident why would Aubusson move to ctr. Manu will continue playing & Mitchell will come in for SKD.

They are talking about origin with Blake Ferguson potentially missing too.

Depends if Connor Watson / Ryan Matterson / other are fit and uninjured

Mortimer scored a try on the weekend
Played the week before that as well, that injury data is a few weeks out of date

If Aubbs goes to CTR's, then all us Tetevano owners...probably only me...should get some extra minutes which would be great for the bye rounds.

Looks as though round 12, Manu would go to right wing for Fergo, Aubo right centre, Mitchell left centre with Tupou outside him. Love how Aubs is finding new ways to curse his owners. Black Widow strikes again.

Could be good for TKO for 80 minutes, Chris Smith to get game time etc.

Doesn't really change the middle unless TKO goes to the edge to play 80 minutes.

Still has to contend with JWH, KEvans, a returning Liu, returning Matterson. Carter and Chris Smith probably get a run on the edges at some stage.

Anyone else noticed Martin Taupau pushing his average above 50 this week? He's not been talked about much here and he's missed too many games to be fantasy relevant so far, but he's only scored twice below 50 (one of those games he went off early with injury), and his last two scores were 67 and 64.

At 3.4% ownership he's a real POD, and Manly's last bye is round 15. Could be a decent POD for the run home?

Manly and Penrith players will be in hot demand after round 15.

Taupau, JTurbo, NCleary, Cartwright, Peachey, Tturbo, DWalker probably head that list. It has been mentioned but not worth it yet.

Is the Bulldogs Fualolo @ 163k 2fr a good cash out or will he become an a.e. problem after the byes.

Yeah definitely. Although it seems likely to me a few of those players could be in line to play Origin 3.

Yeah lots of intelligent people here that are always willing to share their knowledge. It's what I like about this place. I've been a bit more active on the forum this year and I'm noticing more and more people here going out of their way to help others which is great to see.

Thats an awesome gesture with the bye planner mate, might be better off on here so that everyone can benefit from it but if you want to send me one privately, I'd love a copy.

    Thanks again.

Bugger, and quite right regarding the number of options the Roosters have. I think I will keep him for R12, and reassess then.

Whats everyone doing with Slater over the byes?

Probably sell Slater just before origin

Not sure he is a keeper, so ditch him for someone better
