Any thoughts?

91k in the bank, 22 trades.

    Smith, Friend
    McGuire, Wallace, Kaufusi, Yates
Gallen, Mannering, Crichton, Whitehead, CHN, Stone
    Norman, Lamb, Elgey, Hampton
    SMat, Cotric, Suli, Kelly
    Slater, RTS, Semi, Abbey, TRD

    Any bright ideas?

have you considered Frawley ? has the starting spot for 5 weeks, plays round 12, extra $100k to the bhank !!

I'm grabbing Frawley this week. Lamb is a spud and has to go before he bleeds money. There are no base price options likely to get a run and I think Frawley will perform well enough to hold the starting spot with a couple of wins. Could see Jrey come back off the bench after signing elsewhere while Mbye and Frawley start to build a combination for next year. The fantastic byes don't hurt the decision

I have Cook and am torn on whether to sell him now or ride him over origin. If Robbie doesn't make the NSW team then Cook will keep playing 50ish minutes.

Not definite but for lack of any other real stand-out options, Loyal Laurie will stick to his pack of almost had it players. If Penrith weren't going so shit Peter Wallace probably could have overtaken Farah. Peats is an option but Daley's going to worry about his match fitness, injury proneness and lack of 'experience'.
I personally would also take McInnes or Cook over Farah but Daley will always do it his way.

Not sure how they can or why they would pick Robbie when hes averaging about 45mins a game (excluding his 80 and his 7).

    Farah will play origin !!
    1. uninjured, so is capable of 70 - 80 minutes
    2. only on the bench coz they are trying to bring Cook on
3 with Gallen not playing they could not afford to lose Farah's experience as well in one year

Elgey > Frawley and Kelly > Semi are what I have atm. Problem is, huge risk and doesn't really build my cash fund a lot. Will leave me at 24 trades.

pm went into more detail, but pretty much just picking out the short term guys from the long term replacements. Going to be quite the shakeup to teams this week with all the injuries over the weekend as well as behaviour suspensions and then the regular suspensions we found out about from last rd (Papa, Gurgess etc.), so it could be a bit of a battle separating the noise in your head and not falling for some short term traps.

I think this week, being so close to origin is going to particularly tempting with the thinking "Oh he's only meant to be a 2 week replacement, but if somehow he holds the spot, just look at those byes, what a cashout!". No doubt I'll fall for it.

Hopefully 30-35 a game and good bye coverage. Worth it?

I'm thinking of getting Elliot but he has to start. He will be full of confidence after scoring a try for Country after scoring 2 tries the previous week so he's in great form. Also in the big bye rounds he could be playing lock for Klemmer which will see him more involved. I think his long term prospects are much better than Frawley's & that he can lock down a starting role. Also the fact that he has a b/e of -7 this week will see a good price rise. I need a good starting downgrade option to get Norman & he's the cheapest starting option out there. My trades this week are looking like:
Winterstein out - Elliot in &
    Lamb out - Norman in

Exactly what I was thinking as Winterstein has peaked and if i get Elliot in I can trade out McGuire for Gallen or Graham next week. I posted my team up earlier but nobody responded so I hope these are good trades

I'm liking the fact that as soon as he came on for Country he scored a great try which showed his speed & he nearly scored again but in this instance he showed his strength as he was held by 3-4 defenders & he managed to struggle free but just fell short of the try line. I think his confidence & form are sky high atm & that's why I'm getting him. He's not a cash cow in the purest sense as he's priced at 238k but with a negative b/e if he scores in the 40's this week he'll make good money. He's also proved he can find the try line because he runs good lines, has speed, a good fend & is strong.

Nice trades. Yip Winterstein has peaked and has bad byes so needs to be sold. Looks like Elliot should be a great pickup over they bye period

I'd pick Elliot up but right now my 2RF consists of Gal, Manners, ET, Crichton, Whitehead and Sele. I'm happy with that for now except for the part where Sele is useless but oh well what can you do.

Do you need him with the 2fr you already have?
