think i'm gunna go with (C)richton this week, conventional wisdom says Burgess, but at this point i'm not playing for sheep-stations and an un-ortodox captain choice in a bye week could catapult me in the right direction.

I think Milford might crumble in the Origin arena. He probably would have served better as the bench utility.

Unreal Myles got the nod too. Slater missing out is a big surprise. He's obviously a hold for now. If Queensland win, Billy won't get back in round 2 and probably 3 which would be great for round 18+19.

Napa has been shit too, but he should stand up. Happy Papa is stating second row, that's a bonus, but Guerra doesn't deserve to be anywhere near the team.

Do you have less than 17? Put the VC on Crichton and captain someone else, Gal, Manners, Graham even?

Well problem with Slater is if NSW win then surely he'll get a recall for what I could only presume will be for a dropped Oates/O'Neill/Gagai and be unavailable for 15 and 18. However until then I'm sure he still has some use.

Oates doesn't deserve a spot at all, let alone Slater missing out. I get he's the big body but Boyd has played on the wing, and the two could interchange anyway.

Kev looking for as little work as possible. Still trying to ride the coat-tails of past glory from others and just hoping it still gets the result.

I honestly can't believe Slater got overlooked.

I feel the same way about Milford. But then again, he was the unofficial best on ground in the 2015 grand final. So he has risen to the occasion on the big stage before. With Cronk controlling things it could help open up his game.

As long as he doesn't feel the pressure I guess he could go okay. NSW will punish him though and will be looking for him big time. Cronk talks the talk so he needs to really step up and make this halves combination work.

I was planning Slater to C. Walker but since the Storm play 15 & 18 I'll hold him. I probably have too many Bunnies anyway so it could work out not getting Cody so I will get Flash instead. I can see why Milford was named to start re Bennett's threat.

Yeah, Bennett said something about if Milford wasn't in the 17 he won't let him play, but this is a tricky situation. Can't really take him out of camp to play when Walters saying JT is highly unlikely.

Slater will have a blinder in round 13 I reckon.

And with Niko getting another crack, my other halves are Lamb, Frawley and Norman. The way Niko's price is going, I might just have the luxury of holding Norman at this stage.

Just saw the QLD team. Got to be honest very underwhelming. Especially with the blokes they are missing in GI, Parker, Scott and possibly Thurston. If there was ever a game for NSW to pick a team based on form this would be it. Huge chance to roll the Qlders if form team picked.

I bet last minute JT comes in for Milford but they've named Milford just so Bennett can follow through with his threat. Walters has just given Bennett the big middle finger haha.
