The bonus is that Niko plays another 80 mins.

From what I"ve heard, Bronx may get TPJ and Arrow back this week, so if we do then we will still field a reasonably strong forward pack.

If they both return I expect pack to be:
Blair Macca Ese Ese Glenn Sua Offa Bench: Sims TPJ Arrow Fai/Utility/outside back

Waddell would come in for Macca if hes no good.

    rest of team, thinking:
    1 kahu 2 mead 3 moga 4 roberts 5 pearson 6 niko 7 hunt

Vaughn needs to be picked looking at qld forward pack. He will really punch holes through the middle

I can see it now, that Slater and Wallace will come in to the Queenaldn team for game 2, when their team doesn't have a bye. But will happily be unselected when their club team isn't playing.

Paul Vaughan could well suffer the same fate.

I saw this injury list coming out of round 11. The most significant, are all round 12 players....

Broncos: Andrew McCullough (concussion, round 12)

Tigers: Sauaso Sue (one match suspension for high tackle), Josh Aloiai (knee, indefinite), Luke Brooks (hamstring, round 12)

Eels: Nathan Brown (ribs, indefinite), Michael Jennings (quad, indefinite)

Sea Eagles: Jorge Taufua (concussion, round 12), Nate Myles (knee, indefinite), Dylan Walker (quad, round 12)

Knights: Josh Starling (wrist, indefinite), Luke Yates (concussion, round 12), Jack Stockwell (shoulder, indefinite)

Panthers: Isaah Yeo (ankle, indefinite), Peter Wallace (groin, indefinite), Bryce Cartwright (leg, indefinite)

Roosters: Latrell Mitchell (ribs, unknown), Jake Friend (concussion, round 12)

Bulldogs: James Graham (concussion, round 12)
Rabbitohs: Adam Reynolds (concussion, round 12)

So the Broncos will have 6 out against the Warriors, Macca possibly rested & Roberts possibly selected for NSW. So potentially 8 players out. Gee if the Warriors can't win this game against basically a reserve grade team then it's a poor reflection on the team.

    I might keep CHN now

I'm now thinking of keeping CHN due to Yeo & Carty being indefinite & F. Kaufusi as he plays rounds 15 & 18 & actually getting in round 12 players for my red dots (N. Brown if out 2-3 weeks, Idris, Abbey, R. Jennings).

Isn't the round when they are due back, in saying they'll be fine to play this coming round?

Corey Norman not listed as injured?

they play us during origin every single year, continues to be one of the most rediculous scheduling errors the NRL makes, it doesn't take rocket science to work out that playing a team who consistently sends 5+ guys to origin against a team who sends 1 at most can and should be easily placed anywhere in the 17 other rounds they have to choose from...

but yes, that why i'm bringing in SJ despite his high BE, he loves playing against us and this game is usually the catalyst for the yearly "Are Warriors premiership dark horses?" conversation after they've put us to the sword then carried over the confidence to the next few games and actually look like a threat.

'indefinite' in the NRL injury reports usually just means that the length of time they're injured for hasn't been reported yet.

can someone remind me the AE rules, if I have 17 eligible players this weekend but one of those players isn't in my selected 17, I will still get all 17 players points right?

    Yup thats right.

If you only have 1 C for example ur 17th guy that will effectively be ur 5th reserve will become ur AE so will score (effectively in that second centre spot)

Thinking this week I'll go Kaufusi to Graham, Smith to CWalker via Hampton, and cash out Suli. That gives me enough cash to upgrade either Abbey or TRD to Tedesco next week.

A Broncos fan complaining about unfair scheduling....
    That will do me.

Here's a truer example of unfair scheduling:
Broncos have played 10 of their 11 games this year on a Thursday or Friday night.

I didn't want to say anything because I can't be arsed having an argument but deadset every year it's the same story

yeah, that is very unfair, the Broncos been calling out for more saturday and sunday games for years...

in all seriousness though, what exactly are you arguing is unfair about that? Do we get an on-field advantage by playing in front of Channel Nine cameras?

Not getting in on the scheduling debate...

That qld team is golden for my fantasy team.
Milf in and Munster staying out gives me both Munster and Niko to play.
Slater out gives me him to play.

Just need Pearce to be left out tonight and this week will be a good week.

With minimal need to trade out slater, that may tempt me to go smith to McInnes now and then Hodgson back to smith at the end of origin.

CHN, Jwall and Pearce are my likely trade outs this week.
