So on my bench it has - Gkp 1.Mid 2.MID 3.DEF

Meaning the sub is 2.Mid ?

As 1.Mid was the guy subbed out

Actually scrap that. Looks like it has given me T smith as auto emergency already. Which is a zero. Great.

Looks like it's all final now.

What I do now? Transfer non starters?

Fix up any obvious errors in your squad.

Take out duds - bring in the guys you overlooked.

Probably OK to spend 3 points for a 2nd transfer if there are 2 you want to make. Any more then that and I'd either save the trade or play the wildcard.
Early wildcard is a popular strategy here - you get a 2nd wildcard to use in January.

I'm looking at bringing in a spurs defender, or Hegazi for some cash. West Brom have a decent run for the next month so there might be some more clean sheet points in the offing.

Only problem with using the transfer wildcard early is u are likely to have no extra funds to throw around. Its swapping to same or similar priced players and worse still it is based off one or a few rounds of play. Many a player will be brought in this round who will survive one or two weeks and then chopped again.

Hey Milchy. Does it only cost 3 points this season for each additional trade after the first (free) trade? (I'm pretty sure it was 4 points last season.)

You're right ST - it is 4 points for additional transfers.

I must have been thinking of the a-league fantasy, which strangely is only 3 points per transfer despite having extra scoring categories and being a higher scoring game

Think I may just sit on transfers this week, Pogba and myhtk look to be good options but I only have debruyne that I can use to get them in on one trade and while he's been poor I've read he's a must have.

So my question is, so I trade debruyne or not?

I would be patient and hold him for now. Prince Harry is class player and Man City have a good run of fixtures ahead.

Missed a penalty (for -2 points)

So those of us who captained him got to double his massive 0 points.

Most importantly though, I have hit the lead in the NRLFF league.

After a strong showing last week my team completely crumbled this week. 38 points. Disaster. At least I didn't captain Lukaku.....but Erikson didn't do much better

Some spend the whole year chasing last weeks standout strikers, it isnt at all like Nrl fantasy where there are reliable stats to count every week for gun players.

    +1

The majority of points come from clean sheets (for GK's and defenders), and goals and assists. An individual player can't be expected to score goals every game, nor can an individual team be expected to have a clean sheet every game.

yeah its much more of a lottery than most other fantasy sports. I've finished in the top 10k a couple of times, but there really isn't too much skill involved I don't think
