Wouldn't say it is silly not to have him.
I certainly will, but still wouldn't call him a must-have player.

Nice to see a fresh change to the game this year and new strategies to play out. What a shame their prize structure has gone backwards yet again. They are lucky we are a loyal lot. Might have to enter a few cash comps to make it interesting later in the season.

I am going to be honest, I haven't looked entirely into people yet.

But my ideal bench would be along these lines..

    HOK
    HOK
    HOK
    HOK/FRF/2RF
    FRF/2RF (DPP)
    HLF
    CTR/WFB (DPP)
    CTR/WFB (DPP)

The last slot could be a HLF/WFB and the last reserve would simply be the best cashcow from that position initially.

Also a lack of stats sheet and being bored means I float ideas around my head without following g up.

How does Peats look for the year ahead?

He's got Rein on the bench to contend with.

If Rein actually makes the bench.

He played precisely 0 games last year when Wallace was fit for the Panthers. Are the Titans that hard up that they'll give him a run in their first choice 17?

They really weren’t playing around when they said late January! I honestly think that sc will be my new favourite now, if it’s free to play and you can win more than what nrl fantasy is offering (first prize for nrl fantasy this year is a chubba chub and a golden rough) then I really don’t see the point in spending so much energy on it.

Regarding sc I live in NZ & I think you only win the prize if you live in Aussie. So what happens in that case if someone in NZ comes first do the award the prize money to the next person from Aussie.

Interesting question, pretty silly to make it available to NZ and not reward them. I suppose if that’s the rules then yeah the first available Aussie would win. In saying that if I was a Kiwi and won like 50k or something I couldn’t fly over here quick enough to become an Aussie!

Peats loves an injury too much for my liking.

    @Alfie
Not to reopen the debate about the luck involved in BBL fantasy, but my captain Darcy Short just got out for a duck batting against the worst team in the league. This is the guy who averages 100 for the season, the blue chip investment with the best consistency, if you will- the Cameron Smith of BBL07. Imagine if captain CS09 scored 0 in a game, not through injury or anything but just never got any points on the board for you. It's a 100-500 point swing and now I can't compete in any of my H2H matches. Just way too frustrating!

    Speaking of summer fantasy.

The Fox sports Aleague fantasy this year gives you 2 free trades every week. Use them or lose them.
So I tend to use them every week, just play around with my subs try and Chase cash based on BEs or matchups.

The number of times I have traded out a player just before he had a big game is amazing.

He's my captain too and he got out to fucking Ben Dunk of all people. This is the first time he has bowled all tournament. Crying or Very sad. I've got Maxwell too who's only now when the series is over coming in to the ODI squad. This will be my worst round by like 200 points. Plus I had Turner who got a golden duck the other day. The long dick of luck is turkey slapping the shit out of my team Bang

The debate is over. I concede that luck plays a huge part of success in this frustrating game
