Alex Johnstone left the field after a James Graham tackle. Looked like he was holding his ribs.

Did anyone observe if Croker stole many of DCE's kick metres?

I read that Croker put in a few good grubbers, but unsure if he did much of the distance kicking.

he he taka with a 40-20.

No closer to knowing to line up Round 1. Will Smith had a great run to. I reckon none of the front row is gonna get enough minutes to be worthwhile by the look - Mannah, Alvaro, Evans, Matagi. Moeroa

    Eels Knights trial...
Alvaro looking good, busy in defence in the middle
Evans had some solid runs... might be ok as a FRF emergency back-up
Hayne getting some time at FB was a surprise... looking promising a few TBs and a TA
Takairangi should do ok... took over kicking duties later in the 2nd half while the halves had a break... nice 40/20
Pearce did well, but Ponga stood out as the main playmaker
    Griffin/Levi shared HOK 50/50
Moses played well... a bit rusty on the conversions though

There was no livestream of the Roosters-Manly game. The 28-26 scoreline suggests that Manly's attack worked really well and Croker must have been good too

I thought Moeroa gave Takaz a spell in the 2nd row in the 2nd half

Sorry I missed that bit.. What I mean to say I think that all positions who play in the middle with the exception of perhaps Nathan Brown will have limitied minutes and not enough to reallly take off fantasy wise. Alvaro looked good though... as did Evans and Mannah

    Moeroa looked a bit sluggish

    Foxtel outage update.

I have bought a house and am moving in a few weeks so I called up earlier in the week to arrange the transfer of signal and have the installer come out to set up my 3 boxes.

I have 2 big plasmas mouinted on the wall in the lounge side by side and have foxtel boxes with both.

Anywho it turns out the dumbshits turned off my signal and transferred it to my new address despite me giving them the specific date to do so which is the 16th of March.

They then told me to turn my signal back on at my new place they would have to cancel my original order and could no longer give me the appointment for the 19th of March which is a day I have already arranged to be off work to get all that sort of stuff arranged, after arguing about the fact that they fucked up and they should honour the appointment i eventually gave in because i just didnt give a shit anymore and they went and arranged the appointment and it ended up being the same fucking day....dumbshits.

Anyway they said they had turned the signal back on at my old address so i could keep watching again however it didnt work and I again called up and now they are sending out a technician to investigate, but I have to wait until next friday.

Deadset i have never seen a more incompetent organisation, I could not understand a single bloody person I spoke to on the phone and when you go into the pop up sections at shopping centres they tell you they cant help and to ring the call center in some foreign country that I cant understand.

Pissed off....just lucky this weekend isnt round 1.

Thanks Chewie that's how I saw things. Watson did nothing to impress me, let French run over him for a try and couldn't keep up with Jennings letting in another. Didn't present much in attack either and certainly won't do much kicking.
Saying that I'll probably still run him...

Watson combined well with Pearce... Lamb played second half, but Watson should keep the starting spot for now.
The Eels looked solid... Knights still working on their combinations
