Yeah can't argue too much there can I, not every week centres score like that ?
Haven't been focusing too much on this recently and with losing all the graphs and a lot of the tools along with the way loopholes work a lot of interest too
Probably half the reason i just used my trades so i didn't have to bother too much caring about anyone outside my team and was expecting it to crash out by now..It is still hanging in there haha

Joined a supercoach money league and while I usually only play it for a few weeks then leave it alone, it has been the opposite this year.
For all it's pitfalls/scoring I seem to be more engaged with it though have had other things that I have had to dead with
Still not a fan of the scoring but it seems like everyone I know plays this now so may actually focus on it next year.

Would have loved to have come on saturday to the meetup but told MilchCow I was sick.
Half tempted to organise something else before the season ends, was looking forward to a drinking session and stats talk with footy in the background.

Actually had a family member in ICU who then passed away so spent it at royal north shore.
Had a bit of a rough year with 3 deaths all to cancer but didn't want to put a dampner on the people attending so opted to use a flake out excuse instead.
These things seem to come in waves like a few years ago but I think I can better deal with things now than back then so in an alright place
Probably that plus fail hub is why it has been a bit quiet in here, but thems the breaks.
Don’t want people’s sympathy, just their points haha

Anyways some good news is my 'autofill' team is up to 844 now, won't be long until it catches this one.
So just a bit of an update, still here and lurking just not posting as much

I think we've all done the same mate in our lives at one stage or another. Particularly when there is so much stuff going on like that around us. Technically you were sick, sick of shit going on that makes you feel shit, so not a cop out.

That's how I looks at it anyway.

Thanks mate, been an interesting year.
Hoping they can add some graphs back next year as that made things look pretty.

Might look at some changes to the format of my photos as my big monitor causes it to chop off some of the team on a mobile.
Unsure on what else people would like to see?
Threw some different things in this year including picks/strategies and the like early on in the season, took it less seriously as well but still tried to keep some advice there too

Burning trades early meant the tail end of this thread was essentially copy paste each week but such is the nature of the Comp where interest dies off halfway in, so similar here.

Anyways will see what happens and what fixes they make for 2019
Hope they can take feedback on board and people turn up for another go

I burnt through my trade too, only saved 2 for the last 6 weeks and needed them for Ponga and useless Aitken.

I think the main change to make it a bit more strategic would be to only allocate everyone 12 trades at the start, another 12 after say week 9 and then last 10 trades after say week 18.

That would make it a bit harder at the start to grab the best cows, but leave you more trades for the run home for POD options/late form slumps or riskier reward players, more variation in final teams, so more late season interest.
