Or to add more detail - Nothing has really changed except Soli is another year older and potentially Tapine won't be in the FR rotation (though i think in the last few games he wasn't anyway) and Whitehead might be in the 13. I would look at Boyd if Ricky split Paulo and him up so that Boyd came off the bench as he was doing for a while when we had Vaughan, otherwise I don't think you will see much difference fantasy wise. I mean he did have a pretty shite season last year and it cost him a Kangaroos jumper so who knows, maybe he pulls his finger out and returns to 2016 form with the rest of the team... I just don't see him being a worthwhile fantasy option.

Wow I'd completely forgotten about Boyd. Indeed must have been a shite season. study

Sorry Welshy, I think Kata is shit but again a gut call.  Agree on Hunt though with your caveats.

His hands are shit but as a fantasy scorer he has produced in the past

12 points down on his 2016 average
6 points down on his 2015 average

only scored 5 tries last year as well, plenty of room for improvement

Yeah fair enough on Shazza Boyd. Napa is around the same price and seemingly has a way bigger upside.

I see your point but I mean shit at football, not fantasy. Does have a TB in him but doesn't know how to pass the ball. Gold for fantasy yes but he will be dropped sooner or later which obviously is no good for fantasy. Big calls thread again?

As you say great for fantasy lad!

I keep going back to Manu/Kata as gut calls and seeing early season try runs then a trade to Croker/Aubbs at the top end of the CTR fantasy spectrum after a few rounds

Just to play devil's advocate, do you think Napa might be one of the players the Rooters will have to move on at the end of the year to be salary cap compliant (hahahahahaha  ..the Roosters being salary cap compliant...hahahaha) when Chrichton arrives.

I think (not entirely sure) Guerra got less minutes last year compared to previous seasons when they knew they were moving him on. Maybe this will happen to Napa or whoever they decide to shed.

    .

I have no idea but surely they can't sacrifice any more forwards. It seems they've traded depth in the forwards for a couple a huge signings in the backs. Will be gold unless they have a few injuries.

Napa went to high school in the northern suburbs of Brissy. Can throw a mean punch. He’s got a bunch of mates up there and can see him potentially moving back to Brisbane in the future for sure. Anyway!

An amazing draft team in a 16 team comp last night

    Cook
    Lui Latu
    Whitehead SST Rochow
    JT Milford
    Kata Manu
    Teddy Ponga Mitchell

    Mose Watson Katoa Uele

Now to see who’s free on the waiver

    Thoughts on this squad?

    Smith (c)
    Fifita Lodge
    Merrin Liu RFM
    Nikorima Croft
    Leilua Takairangi
    Tedesco (vc) Ponga Katoa

Cook, Latu, Cartwright, Nicholls, Kikau, Croker, Leilua, Kennar

Bench is a little weak and not sure if Fifita will stay or if I’ll downgrade him and strengthen the bench.

Saw Kata mentioned, most Warriors fans are hoping he doesn't even get named, and he shouldn't, especially now with Hiku and then Beale once available.

In saying that, Kearney is a fucking mong so we'll probably see him and Maumalo continue to form the worst tandem in the comp.

    Crazy right!!!

It was a auto draft from my made list also.

I feel it may be a pointless year with that team against the rest. No caps either.

Hiku and Beale aren't much better IMO. Maumalo is obviously shite too. If the Fus though was in any other team I'd probably take a chance on him.

All they have to do is pass and tackle to be a much better option.

Does anybody know how to chat in the leagues? Does it have to be full before the option appears or can I just not see the button to click? Thanks
