When at the Roosters, Carney himself was not charged with assault, but he was sacked for his involvement with Anthony Watts (another sacked player) who was charged after assaulting his former partner. He was already on thin ice at the Roosters after being charged with (and later convicted of) a low-level drink driving offence (He was his P's at the time, so his limit was 0.0, although IIRC he did blow slightly above 0.5).

He was on his P plates because he had lost his licence a couple of years earlier for a negligent driving offence where he failed to stop for police (and fled on foot).

He also received a 12 month suspended sentence for vandalism in 2009.

He's also failed to maintain club-imposed Alcohol bans.

Yeah I agree with you. This would be like his 7th chance with the NRL.

Wonder if Munster will be given DPP for WFB again now he is back there ?

A few that need to be added like Nicholls/Arrow and that will help me slot one up into FRF

Nelson Asofa Solomona starts in FRF now too, heaps of subtle changes in these lists

Arrow and Latu the Titans props. Who makes way when Wallace comes back?

How long will Kikau keep CHN out of the 2nd row.

    Moeroa over Taka for Parramatta

Muster to fullbackl and Jack to five-eighth for Melbourne

Danny Fualalo lock for the dogs

    Nicholls retains starting prop

SST starts with Napa on the bench

Eisenhuth onbench for togers, as part of prop rotation by the looks of it. Chee-Kam there to spell Lawrence and/or Rochow
Nofo named in 19 - still a chance for last minute reprieve

Manly bench as named is light on for props. Lane or Winterstein will have to play as prop if they run out 1-17

Ese'ese startng of Saifiti for newcastle.
No Levi as predicted. Lamb to hooker, or Watson to hooker and Lamb to halves when Griffin goes off?

If he gets 50 minutes, every chance he beats his BE (37) and makes a small profit. Bit too much of an unknown for me. I'll chuck in Brown/Merrin instead and bring in Murray later if he looks the goods.

Can see his price rising much off the bench and a lot of risk. I think it's better to wait and then pick him up if he looks to move into the starting spot.
