Panthers: Winger Dallin Watene-Zelezniak (ankle) will play despite being in an ankle brace as recently as two weeks ago. Viliame Kikau and Reagan Campbell-Gillard have been relegated to the bench in a late switch which means Moses Leota and James Fisher-Harris have been elevated to the run-on side. Tim Browne and Jarome Luai had already been dropped from the bench 24 hours before kick-off.
1 Dylan Edwards, 2 Josh Mansour, 3 Waqa Blake, 4 Tyrone Peachey, 5 Dallin Watene-Zelezniak, 6 James Maloney, 7 Nathan Cleary, 8 James Tamou, 9 Peter Wallace (c), 16 Moses Leota, 17 James Fisher-Harris, 12 Isaah Yeo, 13 Trent Merrin
Interchange: 14 Corey Harawira-Naera, 15 Sam McKendry, 10 Reagan Campbell-Gillard, 11 Viliame Kikau
Eels: Brad Arthur is set to go with his selected 1-17 line-up. That means a four-forward bench strategy, although Brad Takairangi can fill in if needed in the backs. Will Smith and Kenny Edwards have been omitted. David Gower and Kaysa Pritchard had already been cut from the Eels extended bench.
1 Bevan French, 2 Josh Hoffman, 3 Michael Jennings, 4 Jarryd Hayne, 5 Kirisome Auva'a, 6 Corey Norman, 7 Mitchell Moses, 8 Daniel Alvaro, 9 Cameron King, 10 Tim Mannah (c), 11 Manu Ma'u, 12 Tepai Moeroa, 13 Nathan Brown
Interchange: 14 Beau Scott (c), 15 Brad Takairangi, 16 Suaia Matagi, 17 Kane Evans

That is annoying. Still probably a better option than Havili as long as he doesn't get the Murray treatment

What is actually the point of starting spuds like Leota and JFH?
I'm going with Havili now. Kikau will be lucky to get 40 minutes.

NBrown to Merrin as a last minute switch. I feel like I shouldn't but the 100k is very tempting to help fix some errors from the 1st weekend

Up to you, risk v reward again. But I just looked at his 2016/2017 stats and they are horrible. Even on the 6 or so times he started he only got an average of about 20 minutes.

Maybe he'll bring them on at 20 to play out the game saving on interchange.
I'm not banking on it though. See ya Viliame

I just did but it's so awkward. Have to be in list format
Edit: not really a trade more of a swap to be fair

don't usually have much nice to say about channel nine, but credit where its due, being able to watch the footy online and not behind a paywall is pretty great
now to spend the next 45 minutes overthinking what to do with Kikau...

This is the exact swap I've been pondering... I have followed through on it now, the 130k I'll have next week will be mighty helpful.

Re: 2018 NRL.com Fantasy Thread Part 12
Yeah looking at options to trade out Kikau and its pretty slim pickings.
Worse still Kikau is outside my 17 so I can't really bring in someone like Latu unless I want to switch them in for Bryce Cartwright. Not sure which way to go here...
Situation:
Hayne, Cartwright in my 17 yet to play.
Kikau, Havili in my 18-21, yet to play.
$300k in the kitty.
Thoughts?
Options:
1. Kikau to Latu or Maloney
2. Leave as is and hope Kikau gets decent minutes and score off the bench.
