That is part of the reason I didn't start with Hiku, and also why I won't be paying overs for Johnson or RTS like some are after the Titans game. They will have a few bad scores in that stretch as thei Warriors defense is still pretty shoddy at times. Can't base the whole season off playing the rabbitohs and titans. Those going with Johnson I feel are better to go with DCE. Good base stats with KMs and tackles if the game is a low scoring affair and has added GK now for the season.  His lowest score this year should be 40+ still. Great draw and plays round 13 and 100+K cheaper. He is Cleary and Johnson scores for cheaper.

If I could get DCE now I would.

I agree in theory but they do play a lot of those games at home I think 5 of 8 so I still think SJ is a good pick. He has proven himself & is a level above DCE.

This week DCE played the game of his life to get 74. SJ played an average game by his standards and got 78.

People seem to think in fantasy & sc that SJ is a rollercoaster to own but if you look at his scoring stats he is probably the most consistent half. Even when he has a quiet game he still manages to score 50 without appearing to do much at all.

Last year SJ had some huge base stats mostly through kick metres. Averaged 405 kick metres a game last season and 15 tackles which gave him a solid base even if the attacking stats didn't come. This year he is averaging around 200 kick metres a game with Blake green taking on some kicking and Luke doing some out of dummy half. When the attacking stats dry up thats a worry.

Last season Warriors game plan was forwards run for 5 tackles then pass to SJ to kick. Had the best completion rate in the comp. This season the game plan is SJ getting the ball on earlier tackles and running it. Why he is scoring even better this season. He will kill it this year, expecting him to get a few 100+ games when he starts getting more tries and try assists.

    Similar trades.

I went with SST to Murray so I have a load of cash next week. And hoping for a switch up at Souths that benefits Nicholls.

Last season SJ had the best halves season since Jamie Soward in 2009. He was also 3 points above his previous highest average and 5 points higher than his career average. And you think he is going to improve on that?

Either Kikau or Rochow. If the Panthers shift Kikau to the bench I'd play Rochow as he looks set for 80 minutes with the make up of the Wests bench. If Kikau starts I'd play him as the Dogs have problems with their edge defense.

Kikau but I'm loopholing him with Katoa if he goes good.

Tell me Doueihi is good enough to get that they'll keep him in 13 even if Arey comes back

    Which option:

Croft and Nicholls to TPJ and Murray + 4k left or
Croft and Nicholls to TPJ and Doueihi + 284k left.

Then would have to sacrifice Rochow or Havilli next week to get Murray.

Thinking I should just bypass Doueihi

The kid has a huge wrap on him. If he fires and Souths start winning, I can see a case for him staying in the 13. He could easily slot in at centre, but it would be a waste of his kicking game. I think the best solution is Walker to FB, Douehie to 5/8, but I don’t know how Siebold thinks yet. I’m over Reynolds. His defence has gone to crap. Relies totally on kicking and Douehie can do that.
