Likely to be moving Nicholls on next week

Both seem ok to me. Merrin seems to do this every year and ends up averaging out to gun status by years end though.

Edit: He's going to be very attractive as a trade in option soon.

Brennan re Carty.. not exactly in line with what he was saying pre-season.. hah

“He’s certainly not being dropped or anything like that. My plan was always to start him off the bench.

“Now we’ve got some players back it gives me that luxury to put him back on the bench and ease him back in.”

Really need a half and not convinced that JMK will be useful long term, so may aswell go for a gun.

Have you looked at Nicholls & Jayne ---> JMK and Duges, or not got the cash to afford it?

You'd hope Carty has a rocket up his rear now and has to make a good impact off the bench. Bloody well better hit that Break even!

Carty's lowest score is double his BE. I know he's playing off the bench but surely he should expect 30mins+ still.

Nicholls seems to be playing 20mins and his lowest score is 1 more than his BE. Time for him to go is now because there's every chance he won't make you any money this week.

If you can afford to trade out Nicholls over Carty, I would say that's a better option.

Hmm bringing in RTS seems tempting,should I go Carty to Taupau or RTS? Griffin and Rochow could become Taupau in the next few weeks along with DCE hopefully. Will need one other cow to peak before that happens though

I didn't have the $$$ for the Nichols & Jayne trade... I could have traded to JMK & Isaako/Kennar, but I feel the Dugan trade has more POD potential.

Kennar is due a sub 20 score

What a liar. Before he pretty much even landed at the Gold Coast he said he was a ball playing 13.

he gave up on the james edge experiment pretty quick as well. but at least he is adapting, and his choices make sense. cant knock him too much

Trades this week I'm pretty much sold on are;

Lichaa - MBye
Nicholls - Rochow

Could also go Nicholls to JMK to save coin or even Carty to Dufty. But I don't see the need to punt Carty right away though. I know it's cliche and we read it all the time but I did look hard at MBye last week for Lichaa but decided to hold the trade. Plus now I need a half to replace Carty. I want to hold TPJ also and am happy to keep Mitchell. Will more than likely play Isaako over Kennar this week, but if I trade Nicholls to Rochow, Isaako or Kikau will have to miss out. If anyone can see anything else I should do, go at it.

I'm probably going to bite the bullet and go Nicholls to JMK wolfie.

Really feel my team is weak but can't seem to trade anyone this early even though it benefits my team.

Duges won't be that much of a POD - I am bringing him in

I wanted Roberts but was about $4k short. Hopefully this is an accidental masterstroke and I can use the leftover cash to upgrade elsewhere next week (potentially Carty!)
