From a design point of view, Monopoly is a terrible game, and there are so many better ones out there these days

    Catan, Dominion, Mars... good games.

Played a bit of Knights of Camelot lately, good fun. Love any co-op game with a hidden traitor!
Bit of pandemic never goes a miss!

I am a bit ADHD-ey so I like co-op games where I don't necessarily have to be paying 100% attention, especially if the games go for a couple of hours.

Games I play with my gaming friends are Agricola, Caverna, Ticket to Ride. Carcasonne, Peurto Rico

Can't wait until kids are old enough to play proper games
At home, Milch Calf loves Dixit but it works best with more than 4 players so we don't play it that often. We have the kids versions of Carcasonne (which is pretty good) and Catan (which is still too complex for my daughter)

I also like party games like Taboo, Balderdash, Pictionary etc. Used to play a bit with my parents, but don't play much these days as waiting for the kids to be old enough to join in.

Machi Koro is good. Ticket to Ride and Thurn und Taxis are good too. I just can't get into RPG's.

Agricola and Settlers of Catan? My Peoples! Also fond of Photosynthesis and Eldritch Horror
I consider myself Balderdash elite tier.

There's a great game called Machi Koro that I play with my kids (5 & 8 ) - It's simple enough for them, but still engaging enough that I don't get bored.

Played Cards against Humanity for the first time last week - pretty fun.

Also played a dice game called Chupacabra - really simple and quick but still good.

I have never heard of Squatter, and we play Risk on the PS4 as it is faster paced.
