I've solved it. Reece Robinson is off contract. That'll free up some cap space. Quite straight forward in the end

Staggs can't and I don't think DFifita can as I don't think either are in the Broncos top 30

One thing I'll say for them is that it seems very very rare to hear about the Roosters getting into bidding wars or overpaying players. Their cap certainly looks ridiculous but if none of those players are on a cent more than they should be it's possible especially with their TPA leverage.
