Start of season so 4 reserves will be mainly hit and hope mate

I've had real slow fantasy starts loading up with forwards who start the season slow, guns scoring high 30s/40s

This year I'm going WFB heavy, hoping one or two will bang out a huge score to start season and cover a lighter packs 40s
I see plenty of upside in Stimson/Gillett/Murray/Sorenson to play well above their avg and there's a few more around them with potnetial to match if they don't line up starting R1, so as you say  mate easy swaps

Issue is early captain choice as HB alluded to

Early cap choice is the reason I'm likely to go with Crichton in my starting side (no Cook or Smith). He is also majestic in his Roosters shirt.

I do like all of Stimson, Gillett etc though. Plenty of options in that bunch. I'll have all of them too Very Happy

Could JBrom be a gun again? He's been mediocre for two years (playing injured, head wrong, minute reduction) but without Glasby, Storm have no big minute props. NAS is great but hasn't got the engine, Welch could pick up minutes I guess, Vete and Kasiano impact props. JBrom should be the main man in that pack?

Love Crichton, Fantasy version Tedesco of the pack. Sideways 3 TB a time crabber.

Has anyone minus Smith maintained over a 60 avg for consecutive fantasy seasons? Just considering how much Cook could potentially fall

Pretty sure Arrow fucked his ribs at some point and came back suspiciously quick. Should get his minutes back to 60 now that he isn’t hopefully on the needle

Eased my mind a bit but that Titans pack has some decent bodies.

Alfie wrote:Very strong starting 13. When I brought up Surgess everyone informed me that he was a has-been which I came to agree with. If Sorensen doesn’t start, Bukuya will so that’ll be an easy swap. Looking at CHT’s stats, he likes a missed tackle to be honest so I see a little risk in having him in the 17.

Have CHTs stats? Where are you getting them from?

Hmmm Mahoney would need to be playing BIG minutes 60-80 to be worth the early punt, tackles his guts out but not much else looking at the stats

Priced at 33, might be more bang for my buck elsewhere for a bench role

It would have to be a four forward bench with no utilities to consider him I think.

Playing 80 with 4 forward bench, no questions
Playing 40-65 with utility, under consideration but doubt I will risk starting him until I see the minutes

There seems to be lots of love for Kurt Mann initially. Personally, I can't see his role changing from what it was at the Dragons, i.e.: bench utility. I'm pretty sure Levi will be the 9 and will likely play around 60 mins

I wonder if they suspend Napa to start the year with Greenburg's crackdown. Makes Tolman more enticing. Napa himself is CHEAP too. If he got to 40's again would make good cash.

If Pritchard is still hanging around, I don’t understsnd the Mahoney talk. I like the warriors HB. If they let SJ and Lino both go, he must be highly though of. Also, Tevega surely plays a more prominent role this year....looks like a good fantasy prospect. Pearce hasn’t been talked about much, but with Ponga and Watson running off him, he’s my first picked.

ISP profiles, they’ve got fantasy averages and game stats from last year on both the ISC and ISP websites
