12 trades left. Sideways trading Murray to Matterson for numbers this round and Ma'u back to Murray later on

Is Ma'u in your Cs or something?
Is there no way you can just go Ma'u to Matterson and get the same result but in one trade?

Re: 2019 VSDT NRL
For what its worth, in my quick look of the top 7, all but 1sty is getting hit by an out this week (most SST, and Welshy with Norman). SO pretty much nullified, but 1st gets a 50 point leg up!
EDIT - had a closer look
1st: Lucky, everyone they own who could have played round 16 will play round 16 (with the exception of their known Origin players). Currently 8 going (4 guns, 3 middies, 1 CO), potential to have 12.
2nd: SST out, otherwise holds Dearden. Currently has 8 going (6 guns, 2middies) potential to have 12. Looking very strong!
3rd: SST out. Currently has 7 going (4 Guns, 2 middies, 1 CO), potential to have 11.
4th (our very own Welshy): Norman out, otherwise owns Hutchison. Currently has 7 going (6 guns, 1 CO), potential to have 11
5th (our very own Eagle): SST and Milford out. Currently has 8 going (6 guns, 1 middie, and 1 CO), potential to have 12
6th: SST and Pearce out, otherwise owns Dearden and Hutchison. Currently has 5 going (4 guns, 1 middie) potential to have 9
7th: SST out. Currently has 7 going (5 guns, 2 middies), potnetial to have 11.
From that, I think we can discount the team in 6th as a contender. The rest of that top 7 are all in it I reckon! GL

Re: 2019 VSDT NRL
Any thoughts on FRF/2RF cash outs for this week - basemet price options slim pickings:
SG: Kerr & Allgood
Broncos: Kennedy
Storm: Faasuamaleaui
Newc: potentially the Klemmer replacement?
Out of these guys any thoughts?

Excellent sleuth work mate! I’m gutted about Klemmer just about the best option going who could of been had!Rippin and Tearin wrote:For what its worth, in my quick look of the top 7, all but 1sty is getting hit by an out this week (most SST, and Welshy with Norman). Re: 2019 VSDT NRL
New plan
Ma'u, Sivo, Waddell and Dearden - Matterson, Tevaga, SJ and Walters
Get to keep Murray and still have 10 for the week. Smith (vc), Haas (c) in the loop

Re: 2019 VSDT NRL
I've got 13 this week & all the major players after using 1 trade to get SJ so I have 3 trades left to use. Am I silly selling McInnes to Smith or Cook to Smith. So which option do you like:
(a) McInnes out - C. Smith in or
(b) Cook out - C. Smith in or
(c) just keep McInnes & Cook
I'm currently 15th so having both Smith & McInnes could be an advantage & gain me a few spots.
Cheers.

Why would you trade McInnes out this week? that's just silly, don't even consider it.
If you have the trades, Cook to Smith might be worth a shout, if you can afford to bring Cook back in for R18 (can then choose between Smith/McInnes as to who to keep)

Re: 2019 VSDT NRL
7 trades left and will do 2 this week with an eye on round 17 eliminator.
I suddenly have a major problem with my HLFs. Before trades I have Cleary, Ponga, Dearden and L.Crocker. Have DPP Munster at WFB and Carty at 2RF. Every chance that Carty is the only one that plays round 17.
Via a couple of DPP plays Carty is now in my HLFs. Traded Farnworth in for Dearden and SJ in for Cleary.
I now have 2 definite HLFs next week and if Teddy and Munster are rested at WFB I have Edwards and Drinkwater in my reserves. I'm happy with that.
5 trades left $223K ITB.

Re: 2019 VSDT NRL
Managed to swing a way to get in 4 potential guns for the round but meant moving Bateman into 2RF and I wouldn't be able to get him back into CTRs witout blowing up my futre trade plans
No point finishing top 5 when 1st is in reach so I'm going a different direction and swinging for the fences a bit

Can normally see position changes straight away I think, but not sure about actual trades. I'd be pretty excited to see what everyone else in the Top 10 has done in your position

I know haha I decided to attack best I can this round, got some pretty decent depth and plans moving forward will give me near enough the highest scoring 17 from averages so far
Trade ins this round will become my depth players for injury so I happy with the early outcome there!
Managed to swing some trades where i didn't lose Murray for the season or force my best players out of their best positions (Bateman into 2RF)
My 2 early trade ins combined for 117 points, hoping my next trade in follows suit, got 3 going tonight Matterson, Twal and the newbie
then RTS, Fusi (praying for a big one) and another newbie
finishing off with Nikora and captain Haas

Think it's at the start of the games when the players are locked out.Welshy wrote:When can you see the other people trades ins? After they have played?
Good luck Welshy. You've got a live chance I reckon.
