If Carty nabs an edge to start the season he will be in my 21. He is close enough to basement price to be worth a shot, and at worst, he can easily be downgraded to a missed cow.

Tolman, LAM, TWAL, Offa, TPJ. There is a case for having them all, I just can't split them although if TWAL isn't starting lock then he is out of the question.
Also there is a case for Vaughan being undervalued especially with LAM gone (although only averaged 39 minutes) and potentially JDB.

There has been mention of Sam Burgess, but I read that he has a knee like GI's so that put me off and now playing on the edge also out of the action. Think he just stays at 45-47 average this year.

The 13 for the Broncos will probably be the must have out of all them.

Thinking of the $s, I'll likely only be able to afford one of Ofa/TPJ - this pushed Tolman into my top 2. I like Twat Twal though and I can definitely see myself ditching Ofa/TPJ to make room.

Over Proctor and James and Arrow? Can't see it happening.

If it does he'll be in everyone's team. Together with Burr, Seggy, Radley, either Bateman, Twal, Sue, Allen, Sherry, Moga, Guler, Fensom and all the other possible-maybes-could'be-probably'wonts

I don't see how Cartwright starts over one of Boyd/Wallace/Proctor/James/Arrow. The only one who gets relegated to the bench there would be Boyd.

The good news is due to SJ's injury history we already have a sample size of RTS without him.

2018 - 5 games average of 29.4, high score of 50, low score of 14 with 3 scores under 30.

    2017 - 6 games average of 51.3, high score of 68 low score of 35, 4 scores of 50+

TL;DR there is absolutely no trend and I've wasted my time writing this post

Haha, I was just looking at what I wrote in my short list notes a few weeks ago:

RTS - Tricky. 6 games 2017 51.3 without SJ but 5 games 2018 29.4 without SJ. Might be looking for a pattern that doesn't exist.

    Easy.

    8 Wallace 10 James 11 Cartright 12 Proctor 13 Arrow. Boyd bench.

James is a rubbish edge forward but we are talking about Brennan, so anything could happen. I never said it would, just that "if"...

Fair enough. If Carty hits form then that's a good-looking pack.

Unless Carty rips up the pre-season I don't see why he deserves a starting gig after last season.

On the other hand Boyd is a big plodder who I've never rated so benching him would also make sense. Depends what Brennan's thinking I suppose.

Am I missing some form of news or is everyone forgetting crazy eyes? He was above Carty in the pecking order last season and I don’t see how that’s changed....

Seeing gueller in a few teams, I know we spoke bout his minutes been a concern. It seems Lui is the only recognised frf with experience. He worth a look in? Surely gets. A bigger role in the middle

There have been a couple of "training the house down" articles re cartright, garth brennan reckons 'he is flying', etc. Its all meaningless at the moment, but its a month until the season starts...

Tapine, Papa & Soliola in the middle + Ryan Sutton should get some minutes off the bench.

    I’m thinking theyll line up

    Papa
    Hodgson
    Lui
    Whitehead
    Tapine
    Bateman (the good one)

    Bench:
    Soli
    Sutton
    Bateman/havili
    Abbey/Williams
