    Stats are here

    https://www.nrl.com/draw/harvey-norman-all-stars/2019/round-1/indigenous-v-maori/

They have a bunch of stats, including "Fantasy total points"
However if you calculate the score yourself, using the stats from the same page, you get a different score

    NRL Fantasy 2019 thread part 6 - Page 22 Allsta10

Alex Johnston is listed there as 2 points
But he has 47 run metres, 1 offload, 2 tackles, 2 kicks defused, 1 missed tackle and 2 errors, which adds up to 4.

The only thing you can take out of the early trials are injuries, players dropping down the pecking order(not something you can tell from a all stars game) or players in wildly different roles than you thought (If Wighton was to run out in the centres instead of halves for example)

It was more someone mentioned (sorry cant remember who) Gallen winding down, Lewis and Graham missing he'll have to step up

Matt Moylan and Jayson Bukuya are expected to take part in the Sharks final preseason trial after undergoing shoulder reconstruction surgeries this offseason. Josh Dugan also underwent shoulder reco surgery but is still on limited duties at training; very unlikely for trials (nrlphysio)

Fifita of course has the fantasy pedigree but what concerned me before the match was his ability at the start of the season. Personally, I think the big boppa's struggle at the start. Whether it's the heat or taking some time to get fit, but what I can take away from that game is that he had the ability to play the big mins effectively. Now I feel much more confident in paying the gun price for Fifita to start the season

    Any thoughts on Klemmer?
I think the team change might be good for him.

I gave him a good review in my Predicted Forward Rotation thread. I think at a new club as the marquee forward signing, a young hooker like Levi will favour feeding him the ball quite heavily. Should be good for 200m+ metres per game. He’s on my watchlist, I’d probably already have him in if he had DPP

I've gone with Fifita mainly because of the slim pickings in the FRF this year. At least last year we had a few 2nd rowers with DPP we could throw into the mix. This year it's TPJ, Ofa, Surgess, Tolman, maybe Twal or DFafita, and Haas as a cheapie.
I'd like some consistency and Fifita looks in better shape than previous season starts. I'll pair him up with Twal if he gets a starting role, otherwise I'll be putting Tolman in there.

Also, Macca as my hooker looks good value thanks to some injuries, Seibold loves a 80 minute hooker, good option? Or go all out with Cook/Smith or a cash cow.

Radley seems good value if he snakes the 13 jersey.

My thoughts on Ponga, he's a great player, but I feel he'll do better at fullback in the long run. (I can be wrong), saying that I do think that Ponga6 + Watson1 > Ponga1 + Watson6 for the Knights. Fantasy wise it's a wait and see for me. I like the Edwards pick, he's in my team.

I prefer Smith over Macca, but I can see why you would go with him

And Radley is a no-brainer IF he gets the 13

Klemmer averaged 48 when playing 50+ minutes at the Bulldogs so I think he could definitely improve on that to get to 52-55 if he plays 60mins regularly at the Knights

Here is a list of Front Rowers that purely played middle and averaged 60+ minutes:

Some how I don't see Klemmer bucking this trend unless he spends bulk minutes as a second rower like Ryan James or Sam Burgess

Haha that is probably a fair call.

Even still- losing 7 wickets for 19 runs when they had 7 overs to chase just 50 points having not lost a wicket.
Blimey it's a bad patch for Eddie McGuire after Collingwood collapsed with a huge lead also!
Imagine both your teams having the win in the bag and losing the unlosable!

Hmmm who likely gets his center spot to start the season? Maybe Capewell, making it an easy decision for Nikora and Sorenson to be starting 2nd row?

If so will be a real mess to know who gets the 2nd row spots when he returns.

Also makes Katoa more attractive Smile

So it turns out the NRL app does have stats from pre-season games

So I'm putting them all here for everyone to see

No minutes played, you have to watch the game to work it out yourself
