    Brown Morgan
    Holland Capewell
    Turbo CNK Drinkwater

    Mahoney Fifita Burr Bird

    Lomax Harris-Tavita Allan Paseka

Not sure what DFifitas status will be and not sure I like running with Brown as a starting half.  Allan and Paseka are just there to make up the numbers.  Looks okay for my first 15 minutes of playing for the season.  I reckon a lot of those picks will be popular here.

That is almost exactly the celeb team currently, just a few differences

Was daunting at first, but when you look at potentials, prices etc. it almost picks itself. Would like DCE, JTurbo etc but there's plenty of time to get them. Not too sure on the likes of Paseka, Allan, I guess we just have to wait for TLT.

Hey Wolfy, Keighran getting the nod ahead of CHT plus he kicks goals and apparently a very smart footballer. Could be better than brown. TLT needed for the likes of Burr and Difita also apparently Nikora is ahead of Capewell but those 2RF spots are between Nikora, Cape, Bazooka and Sorensen. Great team though mate! Good balance everywhere. Would love to try fit TPJ in somewhere, my bet is he will be an elite scorer this year. Chuck Egan somewhere in there and you basically have my team ????

I am thinking of doing this. Watching Hame Sandwich closely as well, although it contradicts my post that listed the top 40 money makers to start last season (bench forward Tatola being 27th on that list)

Thanks mate. Have replaced Harris with Keighran and can swap him and Brown if need be. Yeah, so many back rowers for Sharks and did just read on this Nikora also. I'd actually love to see Bakuya nab a starting spot though, great player. Time will tell. I'm also keen on Radley, but who knows where he will fit. He could nab the starting lock but Liu still got the jump on it also I think. TPJ is definitely worthwhile option also for his price.

Is Egan worth having? Is he going to start over Katoa?

Had to sub Fifita for Radley to fit in Egan in at this stage.  Could downgrade Turbo too possibly.

Hate to be the conspiracy theorist here but wasn’t their “run” pretty coincidental in the fact their team was for sale at the time? Noticed once purchased their “run” came to a coincidental end too...

Makes sense now. I don't want to play draft & I have registered.

I'd say it was more that they were primed and playing a good brand of early season football, then the better teams in the comp hit their straps. Same story as the Tigers who weren't for sale.

What do you all think about team coverage?
Sometimes in FPL (fantasy premier league) you go for defensive coverage as points are equal for defenders

Does the same principle have merit in NRL fantasy (say picking a cheaper player of one team in a similar role to a more expensive player - e.g. in my team I am currently struggling to fit a Roosters player and Radley seems a worthwhile prospect or D.Fifita v TPJ and Ofa)

    Thoughts??

Michael Chammas is reporting that George Burgess will make a decision, likely today, on whether to join the Eels immediately..

"The Eels are willing to pay his full contract for the remainder of this season (believed to be around $400,000) as well offer him a two year deal on top of that worth around $700,000 a season to keep him at the club until the end of 2021.

Those closest to Burgess are encouraging him to take the deal on the table, with no guarantee of a contract of such value to come around in the next 12 months and also the Eels would have likely moved on to their next target."

Would open the door for Tatola or even another cheapie at Souths.
