If he is fit and starting, then you will struggle to get better value
If he comes off the bench, then avoid

"[Ofahengaue] has been here for a while now and had a role off the bench but he's been one of the best trainers all pre-season and we've been building our combo.” - Matt Lodge
Well this all but confirms lodge and ofa starting FRF.
Tevita Pangai jnr has been rested from the trial with a hamstring strain but Lodge was confident the Tongan international would get his nagging injury under control.
"It is not about getting him fit for the trials. It is about getting him ready so he can be flying during the season.“ - Lodge

My 3rd 2RF spot has been on constant rotation, not sure who to go with yet. Leilua, CHN, McGuire...hmm
L. Leilua - assuming he starts rd 1 & Frizell lock. What happens to Leilua rd 3 when K. Sims is available after serving a 2 game suspension. K. Sims has indicated he wants to be the lock & he was imo the Dragons best forward in the trial. To me that means Leilua back to the bench.
CHN - Too many questions about minutes & role with all the backrowers there.
McGuire - If Lolo starts on edge rd 1 then he'd be ny choice out of the 3.

I am happy with a 40 point scores in my 2RF to start the season, but I don't want to have to wait 12 Rounds before being able to trade him out for a 50+ point scorer gun. Because he will be a slow burn to make the 200k I would want from a Mid Tier Cashcow. I think someone like WhiteHead would reach his cap faster than Stimson.

Just before Origin one this year, I’ll be claiming that the entire QLD forward pack molested my bunghole in Oxford Street.

This weekend's Charity Shield will give the St George Illawarra coach his first opportunity to explore his back-up plan, revealing Luciano Leilua and Jacob Host will be used in the second-row while Tyson Frizell moves to lock

Secondly, if you had to run with one of CNK or Kahu, who would you pick? I see them as pretty much having the same points output so might run with kahu to save a few $$
Highs 40s max for Ipap if getting 80 mins every week, which I would also be surprised at, he is the junior 2nd rower in the team, Harris stays on unless injured.

If there are four bigs on the bench, then Granville (538k 36avg) could play bigger minutes with Mcguire covering. Not the most consistent fella but Granville could be unders if he sees 65+ mins throughout the year
Not sure they need a hooker on the bench. Both Moose and Hampton could cover it.

Leilua is going to have a point to prove the first 2 rounds to make sure he demands a starting role. If he goes like he did at the end last season (60, 83, 55 his last 3 games with 80 minutes) and the dragons fire like they do at the start of every season, he can force them to start him every week.
Why the love for McGuire, not seeing a reason he is undervalued, was already playing huge minutes at Broncos, not seeing the upside opportunity in a stacked pack.

So pleased to see LAM starting, would have sucked if they wanted him as impact off the bench like he has been wasted for fantasy the last few years. This is the season he becomes a gun.
Weird having Blair on an edge and iPap at lock. I'd be worried about faster players getting outside him. Would hate to see him trying to keep up with a center like Xerri, or Roberts, wouldn't stand a chance tackling them.
Burr looking like he wont be getting a shot, may need to find another cheapie instead.

Its funny, this is quite a template team for everywhere else with lots of high % players. We have group-think blinkers on in here.
Missing Keighran (replace Harris-Tavita) and Dylan Brown, both are must have to start the season, going to score a lot more than Flegler and Kerr.
