I am hopeful its Garner too because if it is i'll put him in my team however there may be a possibility it could be Chris McQueen he is more experienced and the last time i remember him actually playing well was with Madge at Souffs

Considering the above - is it best to have a Fantasy INT that's named to start as opposed to a literal Interchange? For example [Raiders], Royce Hunt over, say, John Bateman?

It is preferable to name the person who you think will score more points. Mostly that is the one that is named to start, but not always.

There is no need to have anyone's real life position match their fantasy position. Frequently it is better if they don't match (naming a real life back rower as a fantasy centre for example)

It is also preferable to have any DPP players on your interchange rather than your starting 13 if possible, to give more flexibility around covering late withdrawals.

This makes me really keen on my LAM pick. 53 minutes could be a common thing from him as a starter but he did only score 38 in the trial.

With Claw out for a long stint Garner is in my 14-17 but matterson looks really juicy. Before his concussion he was averaging 55pts/game. only thing is he would be on Benji's edge and he loves a cut out!

Amazing what the Keighran Brown halves combo lets you do through the rest of the team. Brown looks solid, if Keighran fires as well, can get a lot of points with this team each week. Its my kind of risk / reward huge upside potential team.

On nrl.com, they had aj Brimson replacing Mitch rein on the bench. Does this mean big minutes/scores for peats? Remember a couple years back he was gunning it with big minutes. Thoughts on peats on bench?

Those team list predictions don't really carry any weight.

They do get a shitload of clicks, which is why they post them.

Peats played over 70 mins 8 times last year for an average of 45 = http://nrlfantasy.com.au/?p=500688

Decided to drop Lane to Garner (will drop Stimson possibly depending on TLT) leaving me with 261k left. What is the best upgrade?

    (1) Macca to Cook
    (2) LAM to Taupau - other FRF is Fifita
    (3) EMG 228k player to Niukore/Capewell to start in 14-17
    (4) Hughes to Tedesco (my dropping both Burr and Host to 212k players) - other WFBs are CNK & Watson

    Thanks everyone

Only just started to think about Fantasy a few days now, after reading through these threads and a few others things I have put together a team. Any tips/thoughts on this team?

    McCullough
    Fifita/Taupau
    Radley/Murray/Arrow
    Morgan/Brown
    Capewell/Nikora
    Tedesco/CNK/Edwards

    Garner/Stimpson/Burr/Lomax
    4 NPRs to be decided.
