At the moment he doesn't make it to my team unless I downgrade WhiteHead.

What are we expecting from Garner. What's the time line on Lawrence?

Lawrence injury was pretty severe, Garner just needs to stick to get a minimum of 10 weeks I reckon, although options are a plenty of not amazing for the Tigers, McQueen and Cheekam in the wings

I have Garner now pencilled in with Tatola for a rookie with the cash. Though I miss Whitehead.

Looking like TPJ is struggling to be fit for round 1 with Gillett likely to be 13.
Will anyone take a gamble on David Fifita if starting over the likes of Papali'i, Lane, JFH etc.

Even if JDB wins the latest appeal & is able to play rd 1 the coach still has to pick him. Will the Dragons allign with the nrl & not play him or risk the backlash & play him.

I will pass on D. Fifita because he'll be back to the bench when TPJ is fit. I'm on Lane atm because with Ma'u out for 6 games he will play big minutes in the rang of 70-80 mins. After all BA did head hunt him to join the Eels.

Yeah I have Arrow, Murray, Lane locked in. Have the space for two decent players so just wanting to pick between DFifita, Papali'i, JFH and any other possibilities in that range who could become guns.

I didnt realise that WL. Would you take a punt on Lane over say Matterson (Arrow and Murray currently in the other two spots)?

That's what I've done but mainly because I have RTS at wfb who I think will clean up in the first 4 games. So I've punted on RTS outscoring Matterson. Also I have Garner & didn't want 2 Tigers forwards.

What do we reasonably expect from CNK? Are we thinking 30s at a minimum??
Current WFB has Edwards, Hughes, Watson but i think that might be too much of a spend

Fair call mate. I have Garner as well hidden on the bench.

I would go I. Papalii out of those. In a perfect world it would be D. Fifita but there's too many question marks re the Broncos pack (except Macca). Who will play where & what minutes will the forwards get. D. Fifita could get 80 mins or 40 mins so there'a a bit of doubt there. At least with I. Papalii you get a guaranteed starter who will play 60+ minutes.

Is it looking like Stimson and Burr are on the outers for everyone? Burr not gonna start with a fit Blair.

Yeah Stimson is on the outer in both fantasy & sc well at least the sc forum I read. Burr doesn't look like making the 17 but he's seems to be the first cab off the rank if there's an backrow injury. A player like Sele is probably a better pick than Burr, they're the same price & at least he'll be in the 17 but probably starting off the bench. I know Hetherington is in the nrl predicted team & is starting but in the trial he looked slow, overweight & lacking fitness & he only played the first 20 odd minutes in his first spell. The word was he was played to build up a bit of match fitness. My ideal scenario is JFH starting on the edge & Sele at lock.
