I had a good look at him a couple of days ago and he's undervalued but nowhere near 10 points. He missed a lot of games but in the ones that he played his minutes weren't that bad and even if you only count games over 40 mins his average was still only 38.

The reason I am looking at JFH and/or Sele is Panthers have lost Peachey, CHN, Merrin and now Kikau for the start of the year. With Hetherington and Ellis sharing Kikau's role I suspect and Yeo firmly planted as an 80 minute edge someone will need to step up in the middle. Have I lost my mind?

Shaun lane seems to get big scores off scoring tries. Has the odd 50+ game with no tries but more often than not is scoring 40-45 unless he scores. Can we expect him to score as much at the eels?

Yeah Stimson is on the outer in both fantasy & sc well at least the sc forum I read. Burr doesn't look like making the 17 but he's seems to be the first cab off the rank if there's an backrow injury. A player like Sele is probably a better pick than Burr, they're the same price & at least he'll be in the 17 but probably starting off the bench. I know Hetherington is in the nrl predicted team & is starting but in the trial he looked slow, overweight & lacking fitness & he only played the first 20 odd minutes in his first spell. The word was he was played to build up a bit of match fitness. My ideal scenario is JFH starting on the edge & Sele at lock.

    Thanks mate.

    Current team;

    Macca
    Fifita Taupau
    Murray Arrow Siro
    Hughes Morgan
    Holland Capewell
    RTS BMoz CNK

    Mahoney Nikora Garner Brown

    Keighan Xerri Rava Sele

    Not too bad I think.

I would go I. Papalii out of those. In a perfect world it would be D. Fifita but there's too many question marks re the Broncos pack (except Macca). Who will play where & what minutes will the forwards get. D. Fifita could get 80 mins or 40 mins so there'a a bit of doubt there. At least with I. Papalii you get a guaranteed starter who will play 60+ minutes.

I'm thinking Fifita gets between 50-80 on the edge. If Gillett starts at lock Fifita plays 65-80 minutes on edge. If on bench because Gillette started on edge and TPJ at lock then when TPJ comes off after 30 minutes Gillett moves in and Fifita plays the rest of the game.
I think I may just take the plunge and hope. At worst 50 mins I still think he can average 40.

Saw the full teams on fox sports article. Ennis has first pick and picks Josh Hodgson

I reckon it's actually a good concept for the show, they just needed actual supercoach experts on there, like the editor and previous winners

As long as it creates discussion i guess. If they all went super predictable in their choices then it would be boring

Siro was alright and should go as well as he did if not better. I'm not sure on the backs. BMoz is a worry but can move Hughes down, run Brown and see what other playable cows pop up. Can downgrade RTS or ditch Macca for Mahoney also. The smart thing would be to downgrade Taupau to a Surgess or LAM but I'm not sure if I can do it.

Part of the Fox choices would be political. Ennis is now specialist hooker coach for Hodgson. He's not so much saying Hodgson is the best SC player, just displaying some faith in him.

As long as you have one of Taupau/Fifita then i think turning one into a Vaughan/Surgess isnt a bad idea at all. 200k is a lot of money

With a full time league channel they should have a weekly show.
