Does this really need to be pulled apart? Apart from my WFB, Radley and Holland were the only scores i was unhappy with

How is going from Lane to Gillett actually helping my team. I mean if they both play up to and including the first bye the points will be about the same, not to mention I've wasted a precious trade plus Lane looks likely to jag a try at some stage (more likely than Gillett at the moment), plus when Haas back I think Gillett moves to an edge because Su'a was average.

Because IMO Gillett is going to average somewhere in the range of 50-55, and Lane is going to be more like 40-50 (I find it hard to place Lane given he's on a new team and has returning players to contend with eventually).

But with those averages in mind, their current prices, and looking ahead to other issues you have, I think its the best move.

That all said, I had Gillett from the get go, and didnt get Lane, so we clearly differ in how we analysed them to begin with. You perhaps see them both as 50 point players now, in which case I agree, the trade doesn't help you.

I think they are both 50 avg which indeed makes that trade the definition of sideways.

I think Radley is a bust too mate - never really considered him to begin with given all the other value in the 2RF. If I had him now though he'd be on my shortlist to boot for value.

Id be happy to move him on for some value but hes my backup hooker.

Worth going ahead and hoping that a cheapie hooker pops up or i can afford another gun hooker before Friend gets himself in trouble?

Depends who you ask.g Rabbit will say none (so far he's correct I guess). Others will tend to say, assuming he starts and plays 80, that you are buying a 40 point player for <30 points so value >10 points.

I think its sideways. I don't think Gillett has ever averaged 50 and I see his role going back to normal when the Broncos middles are healthy.

Personally think you could do a lot better than Morris and Radley. Morris out burns down nikora starting lawrie in.
Radley to Bateman? Think SST/Liu last year and that's what I feel Radley will be, 38 - 40 average, will improve but not enough to hold when other options like Niukore/Bateman.

You are wanting to make cash with these guys but they won't make more than others nor be keepers.
