Given the Warriors are the last game on Sunday night, there's no way I'd be playing Burr in my 17 unless I had a solid #18 to bring in.
Every chance that Burr drops out of the 17 entirely though probably doesn't happen if he's named to start. My guess is that Luke is going to miss another week and Burr owners will get away with one more rise out of him.

why would Papadam be named at 17 and burr to start if burr wasn't preferred?

Maybe coaches do it just to annoy us (actually, I'm certain coaches don't give a shit about us), but it wouldn't be the first time a returning player is named on the bench on TLT to be a late starter come final 17.
All that has really happened so far is "Same team, but IPap is coming in for Ayshford".. which is true no matter how they actually line up on game day.

Burr was highly rated by coaching staff and I'm not surprised to see him in the number 13 jersey again this week, despite some of the speculation in this forum.
Fantasy wise I'm not confident playing him in my 17, but I'm happy for him to make cash in my EMG

Burr has a high work rate which Kearney really likes & he does the 1 percenters like backing up the ball carrier, making 2-3 tackles in each defensive set & putting his hand up for a hit up when he's buggered. He is no frills & isn't as talented as some of his team mates but he'll give 100%. At full strength he may not make the starting 13 or even the bench but if this happens he'll be first cab off the rank if there are injuries.

Agreed. But it's difficult to quantify the extent to which injury hampered his scores.
Assuming this drop in minutes/scores was entirely due to injury and he'll bounce back to his 58 pre injury average isn't 100% foolproof.
