That said, the Raiders have a bunch of home games to start the season, and by the time they go to Townsville in April it should have cooled down a bit.
Bateman is an offloading specialist. Lead the superleague by a significant margin, will score better in dry conditions.

You're so quick with this stuff, you must have 30 tabs open all day looking for info.White Lightning wrote:Rumour alert. TLT will confirm. Some Dragons insider who knows Lawrie reckons McInnes will play lock just for this week with K. Sims lock when he returns round 3. They like Lawrie's impact off the bench.

There is absolutely no one else in my team i am comfortable trading after one round, including Radley / Sele.
Could just be an opportunity to grab either bird or Lawrie.

Turbo on his hammy via nrl site - “It feels alright but once you start moving and picking up a bit of speed, it’s not right and fit to play at the moment. I’ve just got to keep working on it and hopefully I’ll be back in a couple of weeks.

Does Brandon Smith get 40 minutes every week in the middle when Stimson is back and KBrom likely moves to the bench?

Doesn't matter, trade him in, see how he goes, trade him out come end week 2. Simple.

Do 'keepers' average 40pts over their past 7 games?
You can't say the last 'seven games' as he had an injury affected last 6 games to the season last year meaning his minutes and points were reduced. Last year he scored in round 1 he scored in the 40's then went on to kill it before origin. Will have to wait and see I guess.

I don't have much interest in Gillett, but I think he'll be good for at least another two weeks of middle minutes, because of Lodge's suspension.
However, the Broncos are in trouble this week if Taumalolo runs on an edge again to start the game. Personally I'd rather see Fensom start prop, TPJ 13, and Gillett on the edge to counter Taumalolo.
I suspect Siebold will put confidence in Su'A though.
Neither, I'm skipping. But they are pretty light up front and Gillett is their only proven backup. Fensom's beef will help
